How to use
Place about 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the raw material in an enamel container, pour in 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, and squeeze the remaining raw material. Adjust the volume of the resulting decoction to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally 1/4-1/3 cup 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

Около 10 г (2 столовые ложки) сырья помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 30 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 10 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1/4-1/3 стакана 3-4 раза в день за 30 минут до еды.
Перед употреблением отвар рекомендуется взбалтывать.
