Indications

The Doctor Bobyr №2 Body Cream-Balm is intended for reducing pain in the lower back in cases of:
• lumbar-sacral osteochondrosis;
• muscle and neuralgic pain caused by hypothermia, injury;
• muscle fatigue due to poor posture, prolonged forced monotonous positions (driving, working at a computer, air travel, etc.);
• muscle overloads (sports activities, work in the garden, lifting heavy objects).

Крем-бальзам для тела Доктор Бобырь№2 предназначен для уменьшения боли в нижней части спины при:
• остеохондрозе пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника;
• мышечной и невралгической боли, вызванной переохлаждением, травмой;

How to use

Apply the Doctor Bobyr® No. 2 cream-balm to the skin in the lumbar region 2-3 times a day until fully absorbed. Duration of use is 4-6 weeks or until a positive result is achieved. To prevent exacerbations, it is recommended to repeat the course after 2-3 months.

Pharmacology

Doctor Bobyr® No. 2 Body Cream-Balm contains a complex of plant extracts and natural ingredients that provide anti-inflammatory, resorptive, and analgesic effects, enhance blood circulation and metabolism in the affected area. The cream has antioxidant activity, which slows down the degradation of cartilage tissue in intervertebral discs.

About the problem. In Russia, by the age of 30, 90% of the population has back problems, leading to disability in 40% of cases. Lumbar-sacral radiculitis is the most common cause of lower back pain. Pain in the lumbar-sacral region during radiculitis can be acute or dull, usually on one side, radiating to the buttock, the back of the thigh, and the outer surface of the lower leg. It intensifies with changes in body position, walking, coughing, or sneezing. Sometimes the pain is accompanied by sensations of numbness, tingling, burning, or a crawling feeling. One of the most common manifestations of lower back pain is lumbago - "lumbago." It occurs more frequently in people engaged in heavy physical labor, especially when there is a combination of overstrain of the lumbar muscles and hypothermia. The pain usually lasts several days but can sometimes persist for 2-3 weeks. In lumbar-sacral osteochondrosis, pain is often provoked by unfavorable working conditions (high humidity, sharp temperature fluctuations, drafts), significant and prolonged tension in the lumbar-sacral muscles.

Myositis of the lumbar muscles (inflammatory process) is a common cause of lower back pain. The disease is characterized by a prolonged course. Pain in the lumbar muscles is not as intense as in lumbago, predominantly aching. The muscles are tense and painful to the touch.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
fermented horse oil and red ginseng, sodium hyaluronate, pine essential oil, allantoin, apple seed extract, sage essential oil, sweet clover extract, field horsetail extract, sesame seed oil, CO2 burdock extract, CO2 amaranth extract, cocoa butter.

U-ferment Oil Maui
This is fermented horse oil with red ginseng. The unique properties of fermented oils are due not only to the free fatty acids, which increase in the product thousands of times, but also to unique bacterial metabolites of glycolipid nature, which have unusually beneficial properties for the skin. Oil-soluble active substances from red ginseng dissolve in horse oil during the fermentation process. 65% of horse oil consists of unsaturated free fatty acids. Horse oil is similar to human skin fat and therefore easily absorbs into our skin. The ceramides in horse oil are a key component of the stratum corneum of human skin. They create a protective layer to prevent excessive water loss due to evaporation and enhance the barrier against the penetration of microorganisms. Horse oil and red ginseng have a long history of use in traditional ointments. Horse oil has been used for hair growth, wound healing, and in treatments for burns and atopic dermatitis in many Asian countries. Red ginseng has been used for energy restoration for over 1000 years. Fermented horse oil with red ginseng enhances the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.

Sweet clover extract
Sweet clover has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, soothing, antispasmodic, and analgesic effects. It reduces pain in swollen joints due to rheumatism. It is rich in essential oils and coumarin, which normalizes blood rheology and increases the elasticity of blood vessels. It contains the antioxidant quercetin, which prevents the destructive effects of excess free radicals.

Field horsetail extract
Stimulates the production of beneficial hormone-like substances necessary for improving metabolic and restorative processes. It has anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, astringent, soothing, and analgesic properties, and improves blood circulation.

Apple seed extract
The beneficial properties of apples and their seeds have been known since ancient times. The miraculous power of this fruit is mentioned in the legend of the rejuvenating apples that restore life and health. Apple seeds contain a large amount of iodine. Chlorogenic organic acid, found in apple seeds, has anti-inflammatory effects. Additionally, it prevents the accumulation of oxalic acid in the body, the excess of which often leads to the development of gout.

Pine essential oil
The healing properties of pine oil are due to its rich composition: plant hormones, phytoncides, terpenes, antioxidants, vitamins C, K, B group, and E. The components in the composition prevent the development of osteochondrosis, myositis, arthritis, and neuralgia. The plant product, when rubbed in, alleviates joint pain, inflammation, and improves blood flow in the periarticular tissues.

Sage essential oil
Sage is one of the most well-known medicinal plants from which a unique essential oil is obtained. In Latin, sage symbolizes "salvation." The healing properties of this herb were known even to Egyptian pharaohs. The oil has numerous healing properties: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic, calming, and wound-healing.

Allantoin
An extract from the roots of comfrey. This plant has been used in medicine since ancient times for wound healing and tissue restoration. Allantoin softens the skin, acts as a phytohormone on cells, promoting the removal of dead cells and stimulating tissue regeneration.

Sodium hyaluronate (low molecular weight hyaluronic acid)
Hyaluronic acid acts as a molecular sponge, retaining water in the intercellular spaces of the skin. It participates in tissue regeneration processes. As we age, our body produces less and less hyaluronic acid, which manifests on the skin as dryness, sagging, and wrinkles. Crunching may occur in the joints.

CO2 burdock extract
Burdock root contains essential and fatty oils, tannins, and is rich in vitamins and minerals. It has anti-inflammatory effects, reduces pain sensations, and effectively strengthens bone and muscle tissues. It is used in rheumatism, gout, and swelling of the lower extremities.

CO2 amaranth extract
The ancient Greeks revered amaranth and considered it a symbol of immortality. Amaranth has pronounced antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, which are associated with many age-related changes in bones, joints, blood vessels, skin, and other tissues. Amaranth improves blood circulation, activates metabolic processes, and cellular metabolism.

Sesame oil
Known since ancient times and still widely popular in India, China, and Pakistan, not only for its taste qualities but also for its healing properties. Sesame seeds and the oil obtained from them contain vitamins A, D, E, K, C, some B vitamins, as well as a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants, and many trace elements. Due to its high content of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin C, this product helps in the treatment and prevention of joint and bone diseases. It has anti-inflammatory, regenerating, and analgesic effects.

Cocoa butter
A fat obtained from the seeds of the cacao tree. This balanced natural product has a healing effect on the entire body. Крем обладает антиоксидантной активностью, что тормозит разрушение хрящевой ткани в межпозвонковых дисках.
О проблеме. В России к 30 годам 90% населения имеют проблемы со спиной, что приводит к инвалидности в 40% случаев. Пояснично-крестцовый радикулит - это наиболее частая причина поясничной боли. Боль в пояснично-крестцовой области при радикулите может быть острой или тупой, обычно на одной стороне, отдаёт в ягодицу, заднюю поверхность бедра, наружную поверхность голени. Она усиливается при перемене положения тела, ходьбе, кашле, чихании. Иногда боль сочетается с ощущением онемения, покалывания, жжения, чувства ползания мурашек. Одним из самых частых проявлений боли в пояснице является люмбаго - «прострел». Он чаще возникает у людей, занятых тяжёлым физическим трудом, особенно при сочетании перенапряжения поясничных мышц и переохлаждения. Боль, как правило, длится несколько дней, но иногда 2-3 недели. При пояснично-крестцовом остеохондрозе боль часто провоцируется неблагоприятными условиями труда (высокая влажность, резкие колебания температуры, сквозняки), значительным и длительным напряжением мышц пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника.
Миозит поясничных мышц (воспалительный процесс) - частая причина поясничной боли. Заболевание характеризуется длительным течением. Боль в поясничных мышцах не столь интенсивна, как при люмбаго, преимущественно ноющая. Мышцы уплотнены, болезненны при ощупывании.

U-ferment Oil Мауи
Это ферментированное конское масло с красным женьшенем. С02 экстракт амаранта
