How to use

Recommended dosages:
Skin care: grape seed oil is one of the few oils suitable for, and even recommended for, oily skin.
For other skin types, it is recommended to add it to a base oil (jojoba, avocado, almond, etc.) in a ratio of 10 - 15% of the total volume.
For problematic skin, the base can be enriched with essential oils of sandalwood, lavender, lemon, or juniper at a rate of 1 - 2 drops per tablespoon of base oil.
Grape seed oil can be used for skin care in its pure form.
For removing makeup from the face and eyes: a cotton pad or swab is soaked in grape seed oil, after which the skin is cleansed with it, like a regular cosmetic milk.
To prevent age-related changes, smooth wrinkles, and increase the elasticity of sagging skin, add 1 - 2 drops of essential oils of rose, sandalwood, or neroli to a tablespoon of grape seed oil.
Baths: mix a tablespoon of grape seed oil with three tablespoons of honey, and add to the bath. During the bath, do not use shower gels or other cleansing agents.
Massage: can be used in its pure form or in combination with essential oils. A good anti-cellulite effect is achieved by massaging a mix of a tablespoon of grape seed oil with 1 - 2 drops of juniper, grapefruit, or orange oils.
Hair and nail care: rub the oil into the roots of the hair; in the case of split ends, apply the oil to them with massaging movements. Warmed oil can be rubbed into the nail and cuticle to combat brittleness and dullness of nails 2 - 3 times a week.
Applications: soak sterile gauze pads in grape seed oil and apply for 15 - 20 minutes. Repeat twice a day.

Рекомендуемые дозировки:
Уход за кожей: масло виноградной косточки - одно из немногих масел, подходящих, и даже рекомендованных, для жирной кожи.
Для других типов кожи его рекомендуется добавлять к базисному маслу (жожоба, авокадо, миндальному и т.п.) в соотношении 10 - 15% от общего объема.
При проблемной коже основу можно обогащать эфирными маслами сандала, лаванды, лимона, можжевельника из расчета 1 - 2 капли на столовую ложку базисного масла.
Масло виноградной косточки можно применять для ухода за кожей в чистом виде.
Для снятия косметики с лица и глаз: ватный диск или тампон смачивается в масле виноградной косточки, после чего кожа очищается им, как обычным косметическим молочком.
Для предотвращения возрастных изменений, разглаживания морщин и повышения упругости дряблой кожи на столовую ложку масла виноградной косточки добавляются 1 - 2 капли эфирных масел розы, сандала или нероли.
Ванны: смешать столовую ложку масла виноградной косточки с тремя столовыми ложками меда, добавить в ванну. Во время принятия ванны не пользоваться гелями для душа и другими моющими средствами.
Массаж: может применяться как в чистом виде, так и в сочетании с эфирными маслами. Хороший антицеллюлитный эффект оказывает при массаже микс из столовой ложки масла виноградной косточки с 1 - 2 каплями масел можжевельника, грейпфрута, апельсина.
Уход за волосами и ногтями: втирать масло в корни волос, в случае секущихся кончиков - наносить на них масло массирующими движениями. Подогретое масло можно втирать в ноготь и кутикулу для борьбы с ломкостью и тусклостью ногтей 2 - 3 раза в неделю.
Аппликации: стерильные марлевые салфетки пропитать маслом виноградной косточки и наложить на 15 - 20 минут. Повторять дважды в день.
