How to use
Recommended dosages:
Aromatherapy lamps: 5-8 drops of oil.
Aromatherapy pendants: 1-2 drops.
Aromatherapy combing: apply oil to the teeth of the comb.
Baths: dissolve 5-7 drops in an emulsifier (sea or table salt, honey, cream) per 200 liters of water.
Inhalations: add 1-2 drops of oil to a bowl of hot water and, leaning over the solution, cover your head with a towel, close your eyes, and inhale the vapors for 5 minutes.
Sauna, bath: 4-6 drops per session.
Massage: 5-8 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
Cold relief rubbing: mix 20 drops with 30 ml of base oil, rub on the chest of children and adults.
Gargles: mix 2 drops with 0.5 teaspoon of emulsifier (soda, salt, honey) in a glass of warm water.
Compresses: warm oil compresses - 5 drops per 10 ml of base oil for areas of injury, inflammation, pain.
Nasal drops: 1-2 drops per 1 teaspoon of base oil.

Аромалампы: 5-8 капель масла.
Аромамедальоны: 1-2 капли.
Аромарасчесывание: наносить масло на зубцы расчески.
Ванны: 5-7 капель растворить в эмульгаторе (морская или поваренная соль, мед, сливки) в расчете на 200 литров воды.
Ингаляции: добавить 1-2 капли масла в тарелку с горячей водой и, наклонившись над этим раствором, укрыть голову полотенцем, закрыть глаза и вдыхать пары в течение 5 минут.
Сауна, баня: 4-6 капель на 1 сеанс.
Массаж: 5-8 капель на 10 мл масла- основы.
Растирание противопростудное: 20 капель смешать с 30 мл масла-основы, растирать грудную клетку детей и взрослых.
Полоскания: 2 капли смешать с 0,5 чайной ложки эмульгатора (сода, соль, мед) на стакан теплой воды.
Компрессы: теплые масляные - 5 капель на 10 мл масла-основы на область травм, воспалений, боли.
Капли в нос: 1-2 капли на 1 чайную ложку масла - основы.
