How to use

Rectally. 1 suppository after spontaneous bowel movement or enema once a day. After the administration of the suppository, it is advisable for the patient to remain in bed for 30-40 minutes. Duration of treatment – at least 10 days. If necessary, repeated courses may be conducted.
If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Ректально. По 1 суппозиторию после самопроизвольного опорожнения кишечника или клизмы 1 раз в день. После введения суппозитория желательно пребывание пациента в постели в течение 30-40 минут. Длительность курса лечения – не менее 10 дней. При необходимости возможно проведение повторных курсов.
Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.

Composition

Composition per 1 suppository:
Active ingredient: prostate extract - 50 mg (calculated as water-soluble peptides - 10 mg).
Excipients: solid fat - up to 1.25 g.

Suppositories of torpedo shape, from white to white with a yellowish or gray-brown tint. The presence of an air core and a funnel-shaped indentation on the cut is permissible.

Состав на 1 суппозиторий:
Действующее вещество: простаты экстракт - 50 мг (в пересчете на водорастворимые пептиды - 10 мг).
Вспомогательное вещество: жир твердый - до 1,25 г.

Суппозитории торпедообразной формы от белого до белого с желтоватым или серовато-буроватым оттенком цвета. Допускается наличие на срезе воздушного стержня и воронкообразного углубления.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; diarrhea.

For use only in the treatment of adult men; not for use in women and children. Treatment of chronic prostatitis should be comprehensive, involving the prescription of this medication alongside other groups of medications and non-pharmacological treatment methods.
Before starting treatment for chronic prostatitis and, if necessary, during treatment, it is recommended to conduct an analysis of prostate secretion.
During the use of the medication for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, regular visits to the doctor for standard monitoring of the condition are required. Before starting the treatment course, it is essential to ensure that the pathology is benign in nature.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, диарея.

Применяют только для лечения взрослых мужчин; не применяют у женщин и детей. Лечение хронического простатита должно быть комплексным, предполагающим наряду с назначением препарата применение других групп лекарственных препаратов и немедикаментозных методов лечения.
До начала лечения хронического простатита и, при необходимости, в процессе лечения рекомендуется проводить анализ секрета предстательной железы.
В период применения препарата для лечения доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы следует регулярно посещать врача для проведения стандартного контроля данного заболевания. Прежде чем начать курс лечения необходимо убедиться, что патология носит доброкачественный характер.

Pharmacology

Prostate extract has organotropic action on the prostate gland. It reduces the degree of edema, leukocyte infiltration of the prostate gland, normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells, increases the number of lecithin grains in the acinar secretion, and stimulates the muscle tone of the bladder. It improves microcirculation in the prostate gland by reducing thrombosis, has anti-aggregant activity, and prevents the development of venule thrombosis in the prostate gland.
The preparation normalizes the parameters of the prostate gland and ejaculate. It reduces pain and discomfort, eliminates dysuric phenomena, and improves copulatory function.

As a peptide preparation, it is broken down by cellular proteases into amino acids. It does not have a cumulative effect.

Простаты экстракт обладает органотропным действием на предстательную железу. Уменьшает степень отека, лейкоцитарной инфильтрации предстательной железы, нормализует секреторную функцию эпителиальных клеток, увеличивает число лецитиновых зерен в секрете ацинусов, стимулирует мышечный тонус мочевого пузыря. Улучшает микроциркуляцию в предстательной железе за счет уменьшения тромбообразования, антиагрегантной активности, препятствует развитию тромбоза венул в предстательной железе.
Препарат нормализует параметры предстательной железы и эякулята. Уменьшает боль и дискомфорт, устраняет дизурические явления, улучшает копулятивную функцию.

Как пептидный препарат, расщепляется клеточными протеазами до аминокислот. Кумулятивного действия не имеет.
