How to use
INSTRUCTION FOR FIRST AID USING A FIRST AID KIT:
a) When providing first aid, perform all manipulations while wearing medical gloves (p. 2 of the First Aid Kit Composition). If there is a threat of spreading infectious diseases, use a medical mask (p. 1 of the First Aid Kit Composition);
b) In the case of arterial bleeding from a major (trunk) artery, apply pressure to the vessel with fingers at the pressure points, apply a tourniquet (p. 4 of the First Aid Kit Composition) above the site of injury, noting the time of application of the tourniquet in a written note, and apply a pressure (tight) bandage to the wound (p. 5 - 7 of the First Aid Kit Composition);
c) If the person receiving first aid is not breathing independently, perform artificial respiration using the "Mouth - Device - Mouth" method (p. 3 of the First Aid Kit Composition);
d) If there is a wound, apply a pressure (tight) bandage using sterile wipes (p. 7 of the First Aid Kit Composition) and bandages (p. 5 - 6 of the First Aid Kit Composition). If there is no bleeding from the wound and it is not possible to apply a pressure bandage, place a sterile wipe (p. 7 of the First Aid Kit Composition) on the wound and secure it with adhesive tape (p. 8 of the First Aid Kit Composition). For micro-injuries, use a bactericidal adhesive plaster (p. 8 of the First Aid Kit Composition);
e) Unroll the emergency thermal blanket (p. 9 of the First Aid Kit Composition) with the silver side against the body to protect against hypothermia; with the gold side against the body to protect against overheating, leaving the face exposed, fold the end of the blanket and secure it.

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ОКАЗАНИЮ ПЕРВОЙ ПОМОЩИ С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ АПТЕЧКИ ДЛЯ ОКАЗАНИЯ ПЕРВОЙ ПОМОЩИ:
а) при оказании первой помощи все манипуляции выполнять в медицинских перчатках (п. 2 Состава аптечки ). При наличии угрозы распространения инфекционных заболеваний использовать маску медицинскую (п. 1 Состава аптечки);
б) при артериальном кровотечении из крупной (магистральной) артерии прижать сосуд пальцами в точках прижатия, наложить жгут кровоостанавливающий (п. 4 Состава аптечки) выше места повреждения с указанием в записке времени наложения жгута, наложить на рану давящую (тугую) повязку (п. 5 - 7 Состава аптечки);
в) при отсутствии у лица, которому оказывают первую помощь, самостоятельного дыхания провести искусственное дыхание при помощи устройства для проведения искусственного дыхания «Рот -Устройство - Рот» (п. 3 Состава аптечки);
г) при наличии раны наложить давящую (тугую) повязку, используя стерильные салфетки (п. 7 Состава аптечки) и бинты (п. 5 - 6 Состава аптечки). При отсутствии кровотечения из раны и отсутствии возможности наложения давящей повязки наложить на рану стерильную салфетку (п. 7 Состава аптечки) и закрепить ее лейкопластырем (п. 8 Состава аптечки). При микротравмах использовать лейкопластырь бактерицидный (п. 8 Состава аптечки);
д) покрывало спасательное изотермическое (п. 9 Состава аптечки) расстелить (серебристой стороной к телу для защиты от переохлаждения; золотой стороной к телу для защиты от перегревания), лицо оставить открытым, конец покрывала загнуть и закрепить.

5 Medical gauze bandage, size not less than 5 m x 10 cm or non-sterile elastic fixing bandage, size not less than 2 m x 10 cm 3 pcs.

7 Medical sterile wipes, size not less than 16 x 13 cm No. 10 2 packs.
