How to use

Purified Fish Oil Gelatin Capsules.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of natural purified fish oil, including:
polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 - 350 mg (18% of the daily value), of which:
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) - 180 mg (30% of the daily value)
docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - 120 mg (17% of the daily value)
PURIFIED FISH OIL - a natural rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that helps to naturally replenish their deficiency in your diet. The oil is produced using modern high-tech purification methods from fish with a short life cycle (Anchovy, Horse Mackerel, Smelt, Sand Eel), caught in the North and Norwegian seas. Omega-3 is an essential element in the formation of cell membranes in all body tissues, as well as the myelin sheaths of nerve cells involved in conducting nerve impulses. EPA and DHA are important components for the health of the cardiovascular system, brain, nervous system, and immunity. With regular consumption, fish oil contributes to improved skin, hair, and nail condition, reduced cholesterol levels, and enhanced vision and memory.
Purified fish oil is approved for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women. According to WHO recommendations from 1999 and 2003, pregnant and breastfeeding women require a daily intake of at least 300 mg of omega-3 PUFA.
The use of omega-3 PUFA is effective in:
• habitual miscarriage
• risk of premature birth
• thrombophilic disorders leading to placental insufficiency
• intrauterine growth restriction
• therapy for fetal-placental insufficiency (FPI)
• risk of developing preeclampsia and arterial hypertension
• treatment of postpartum depression.
Omega-3 PUFA:
• play a crucial role in pre- and postnatal brain development
• are necessary for normal vision development
• significantly improve the protective properties of maternal milk against viral and bacterial infections
• help cope with stress and depression
• reduce the risk of obesity in the mother and significantly lower the risk of metabolic syndrome, which underlies labor weakness during contractions and fetal expulsion, gestational diabetes, arterial hypertension, and impaired postpartum rehabilitation
• ensure a successful transition through the critical period of newborn life (newborn jaundice, sexual crisis).

Применение Омега-3 ПНЖК эффективно при:

Description
Purified fish oil is produced from fish with a short life cycle (anchovies, horse mackerel, smelt, sand eel) caught in the North and Norwegian seas. The oil is manufactured using modern high-tech purification methods: molecular distillation, carbon filtration. It is permitted for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women. With regular consumption, fish oil contributes to the improvement of skin, hair, and nail condition, reduction of cholesterol levels, and enhancement of vision and memory. Purified fish oil is a dietary supplement (BAA), a source of beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) Omega-3, including eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acid and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acid.
