How to use
The product is taken orally at a dosage of 1-2 capsules three times a day after meals, with cold or slightly warm water.
It is recommended to swallow the capsules immediately, taking them with a large amount of water; do not hold them in the mouth for a long time, as the gelatin in the capsule shell may make the capsule sticky, complicating subsequent swallowing.
The treatment course is 2-3 months. It is advisable to perform a complete blood count afterward and continue taking the product based on the results.

Продукт принимают внутрь по 1-2 капсулы 3 раза в день после еды, запивая холодной или чуть теплой водой.
Рекомендуется сразу проглатывать капсулы, запивая их большим количеством воды, не следует держать их во рту долгое время, так как желатин, входящий в состав оболочки, может сделать капсулу клейкой, что затруднит последующее проглатывание.
Курс лечения 2-3 месяца. Далее рекомендуется сдать общий анализ крови и продолжить прием препарата в зависимости от результатов.

Soft gelatin capsules filled with a yellow, transparent, clear oil with no visible particles, slightly viscous, with a characteristic odor.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; pregnancy and breastfeeding; chronic cholecystitis and pancreatitis (and periods of exacerbation); simultaneous use of fibrates, oral anticoagulants; in cases of severe trauma, surgical operations (due to the risk of increased bleeding time); pediatric age.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, период беременности и кормления грудью, хронический холецистит и панкреатит (и периоды их обострения), одновременное применение фибратов, пероральных антикоагулянтов, при тяжелых травмах, хирургических операциях (в связи с риском увеличения времени кровотечения), детский возраст.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Possible allergic reactions, decreased blood coagulation, exacerbation of chronic cholecystitis and pancreatitis, diarrhea, fishy breath.
Patients on anticoagulant therapy during the use of Fish Oil-Teva should be under constant medical supervision, and if necessary, appropriate adjustment of the anticoagulant dose should be made.
With prolonged use in large doses, exacerbation of cholelithiasis and chronic pancreatitis may occur.
Treatment: symptomatic, discontinuation of the drug.
Individuals undergoing treatment for cardiovascular diseases or taking medications that affect blood coagulation are advised against using Fish Oil-Teva.

Возможны аллергические реакции, снижение свертываемости крови, обострение хронического холецистита и панкреатита, диарея, запах рыбы изо рта.
Пациенты, находящиеся на антикоагулянтной терапии, в период приема препарата Рыбий жир-Тева должны быть под постоянным врачебным наблюдением, а при необходимости
следует проводить соответствующую коррекцию дозы антикоагулянта.
При длительном применении в больших дозах возможно обострение холелитиаза и хронического панкреатита.
Лечение: симптоматическое, отмена препарата.
Лицам, проходящим курс лечения в связи с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями или принимающим препараты, влияющие на скорость свертывания крови, не рекомендуется принимать препарат Рыбий жир-Тева.
Pharmacology
The pharmacological action of the product is primarily determined by the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-3 class (eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic, etc.). These acids are structural components of cell membranes, help reduce blood cholesterol levels, lower triglyceride levels by decreasing the concentration of very low-density lipoproteins (VLDL), reduce platelet aggregation, and improve the rheological properties of blood.

Фармакологическое действие продукта определяется, в первую очередь, содержанием полиненасыщенных жирных кислот класса омега-3 (эйкозапентаеновой, докозагексаеновой и др.).
