Indications

As part of combination therapy for infectious-inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, including:

• rhinitis;

• rhinosinusitis;

• sinusitis (in the absence of septal damage).
Prevention and treatment of inflammatory processes following surgical interventions.

How to use

Intranasally.
Adults: one spray in each nostril 4-6 times a day.
Children: one spray in each nostril 3 times a day.
Duration of treatment - no more than 7 days.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to framycetin and other antibiotics from the aminoglycoside group. The drug should not be used for rinsing the paranasal sinuses. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is contraindicated.

It should be noted that during treatment, resistant strains of microorganisms may develop.

Effects on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
No effect.

Повышенная чувствительность к фрамицетину и другим антибиотикам из группы аминогликозидов. Препарат не следует применять для промывания придаточных пазух носа. Беременность и период грудного вскармливания.

Следует помнить, что при лечении возможно появление резистентных штаммов микроорганизмов.
