Indications
- Disorders of cerebral circulation, accompanied by attention disturbances, memory impairment, decreased intellectual abilities, dizziness, tinnitus, headache;
- Disorders of peripheral circulation and microcirculation, accompanied by a sensation of cold in the extremities, pain while walking, painful cramps and heaviness in the legs, paresthesias;
- Disorders of inner ear function, manifested by dizziness, unsteady gait, and tinnitus.

How to use
If a different dosage regimen has not been recommended by a physician, adhere to the following recommendations for taking the medication:
For symptomatic treatment of cerebrovascular disorders:
1-2 capsules (corresponding to 40-80 mg of standardized dry extract of Ginkgo biloba) 3 times a day. Duration of treatment - at least 8 weeks.
For peripheral circulation disorders:
1 capsule (corresponding to 40 mg of standardized dry extract of Ginkgo biloba) 3 times a day or 2 capsules (corresponding to 80 mg of standardized dry extract of Ginkgo biloba) 2 times a day. Duration of treatment - at least 6 weeks.
For vascular or involutional pathology of the inner ear:
1 capsule (corresponding to 40 mg of standardized dry extract of Ginkgo biloba) 3 times a day or 2 capsules (corresponding to 80 mg of standardized dry extract of Ginkgo biloba) 2 times a day.
Capsules should be taken with a small amount of liquid, regardless of meals.
If a dose is missed or an insufficient amount has been taken, the subsequent dose should be taken as indicated in this instruction without any changes.

Для симптоматического лечения расстройств мозгового кровообращения:
По 1-2 капсулы (соответственно 40-80 мг стандартизованного сухого экстракта гинкго билоба) 3 раза в день. Продолжительность курса лечения - не менее 8 недель.
При нарушениях периферического кровообращения:
По 1 капсуле (соответственно 40 мг стандартизованного сухого экстракта гинкго билоба) 3 раза в день или по 2 капсулы (соответственно 80 мг стандартизованного сухого экстракта гинкго билоба) 2 раза в день. Продолжительность курса лечения - не менее 6 недель.
При сосудистой или инволюционной патологии внутреннего уха: По 1 капсуле (соответственно 40 мг стандартизованного сухого экстракта гинкго билоба) 3 раза в день или по 2 капсулы (соответственно 80 мг стандартизованного сухого экстракта гинкго билоба) 2 раза в день.
Капсулы следует принимать, запивая небольшим количеством жидкости, независимо от приема пищи.
Если был пропущен прием препарата или было принято недостаточное его количество, последующий прием его следует проводить так, как это указано в данной инструкции без каких-либо изменений.

excipients: microcrystalline cellulose - 0.109 g, calcium stearate - 0.001 g, hard gelatin capsules (capsule shell components: iron oxide black E 172, iron oxide red E 172, titanium dioxide E 171, iron oxide yellow E 172, gelatin; capsule cap components: iron oxide black E 172, iron oxide red E 172, titanium dioxide E 171, iron oxide yellow E 172, gelatin).
Hard gelatin capsules ranging in color from light brown to dark brown, size No. 1.
The contents of the capsules are a powder or partially clumped powder ranging in color from yellow to light brown.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to components, decreased blood coagulation, erosive gastritis, peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, acute cerebrovascular disorders, pregnancy, lactation period, childhood (up to 12 years old) (due to lack of sufficient clinical data).
Attention! All instructions must be strictly followed!
In case of sudden deterioration or loss of hearing, it is necessary to promptly consult a doctor. A doctor's consultation is also required in cases of frequent dizziness and tinnitus.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам, пониженная свертываемость крови, эрозивный гастрит, язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки в стадии обострения, острые нарушения мозгового кровообращения, беременность, период лактации, детский возраст (до 12 лет) (в связи с отсутствием достаточного количества клинических данных).
Внимание! Все предписания должны строго соблюдаться!
В случае внезапного ухудшения или потери слуха нужно незамедлительно обратиться к врачу. Консультация врача также необходима при частом головокружении и шуме в ушах.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Possible allergic reactions (redness, skin swelling, itching), dyspepsia, headache, decreased blood clotting, hearing disturbances, dizziness. If you notice any adverse effects while taking the medication, please inform your treating physician.
No cases of overdose of the drug have been reported to date.
Interaction of the GINKOUM® preparation with anticoagulant medications is possible.
