Indications

as a biologically active food supplement - a source of leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, glutamine, threonine, and tryptophan.

Method of use and doses

Dissolve 1 portion (7 g) of powder (1 measuring spoon) in 200-250 ml of room temperature water; adults should take 1 portion per day during meals, including during sports activities.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
