Indications
Dressings are used for the treatment of superficial wounds, including exudative ones, namely:
extensive abrasions;
lacerations;
trophic ulcers of the lower extremities;
diabetic foot ulcers;
pressure sores;
burns.
They may be used in plastic and cosmetic surgery, during nail removal, trimming, etc.; for covering donor sites during skin grafting, for securing split-thickness skin grafts.

Повязки применяются для обработки поверхностных ран, в том числе экссудирующих, а именно:
обширные ссадины;
рваные раны;
трофические язвы нижних конечностей;
язвы диабетической стопы;
пролежни,
ожоги
Могут использоваться в пластической и косметической хирургии, при удалении ногтей, обрезании и т. д.); для покрытия донорских участков при пересадке кожи, для фиксации расщепленного кожного лоскута.
How to use
∙ Perform hand hygiene. Carefully clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin. Remove the dressing from the packaging.
∙ Remove the paper backing from both surfaces of the dressing, holding the dressing only by the edges. If necessary, the dressing can be cut using sterile instruments while still in the protective paper backing.
∙ The dressing should be secured with appropriate materials, such as securing dressings, adhesive plasters, bandages, etc.
∙ Gently apply the dressing to the wound with one of the surfaces in a single layer. Contact of the dressing with the surrounding skin is permitted.
In the case of a deep wound, the dressing should be carefully rolled and loosely placed in the wound cavity using sterile instruments. A portion of the dressing should remain on the surface of the wound for subsequent removal.
∙ If necessary, additionally cover the dressing with secondary absorbent pads (secondary dressing).
∙ Secure the dressing(s) by any available means: bandage, self-adhesive dressing, plaster.
∙ The frequency of dressing changes depends on the type of wound and the recommendations of the attending physician.

∙ Произведите гигиеническую обработку рук. Осторожно очистите и высушите рану и окружающую кожу. Извлеките повязку из упаковки.
∙ Удалите бумажные подложки с обеих поверхностей повязки, удерживая повязку только за края. При необходимости повязка может быть разрезана с помощью стерильных инструментов непосредственно в защитных бумажных подложках. ∙ повязку следует зафиксировать подходящими материалами, например фиксирующими повязками, пластырями, бинтами и др.
∙ Осторожно наложите повязку на рану одной из поверхностей в один слой. При этом допускается контакт повязки с окружающей рану кожей.
При наличии глубокой раны повязку с помощью стерильного инструмента следует аккуратно свернуть и рыхло уложить ее в раневую полость. Часть повязки должна оставаться на поверхности раны для последующего удаления.
∙ При необходимости дополнительно накройте повязку вторичными впитывающими салфетками (вторичная повязка).
∙ Зафиксируйте повязку (-и) любым доступным способом: бинт, самоклеящаяся повязка, пластырь.
∙ частота смены повязок зависит от типа раны и рекомендаций лечащего врача.

Cotton fabric of woven mesh, impregnated with an anhydrous ointment consisting of:
white petroleum jelly; diglycerin ether of mono- and dicarboxylic fatty acids; microcrystalline hydrocarbon wax.
