Indications

as a biologically active food supplement - an additional source of vitamin C. The components included have a mild laxative effect.

Method of administration and doses

For children aged 11 to 17 years, 15 drops; for adults, 15 - 30 drops 30 - 40 minutes before sleep.
Duration of intake: 1 week.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.

Composition

water, sorbitol (sweetener), potassium chloride, magnesium lactate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), sodium picosulfate (7.5 mg/ml), citric acid (acidity regulator), sodium citrate (acidity regulator), sodium benzoate (preservative)

Contraindications

Gastrointestinal and uterine bleeding, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting of unclear origin, cystitis, severe dehydration, spastic constipation, acute diseases of the abdominal organs. Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Content in a daily dose (15 drops (0.75 ml)):
Vitamin C 18 mg

Active ingredient - sodium picosulfate.
It acts as a local laxative, activated in the large intestine under the influence of bacterial sulfatases and exerts a stimulating effect on the sensitive nerve endings of the intestinal mucosa, enhancing its motility.
The onset time of the laxative effect of the drug is determined by the rate of release of the active metabolite and is 6-12 hours.
The advantage of taking sodium picosulfate is that the use of the drug is not accompanied by tenesmus and intestinal spasms, and also promotes the stimulation of the metabolic activity of the normal intestinal microflora.
