How to use

10 g (3 tablespoons) of sandy immortelle flowers are placed in a glass or enamel container, poured over with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. It is then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained through a double layer of cheesecloth, and the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take warm, 1/3 cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

10 г (3 столовые ложки) цветков бессмертника песчаного помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают через двойной слой марли, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают в теплом виде по 1/3 стакана 3 раза в день за 30 минут до еды. Курс лечения 20-25 дней.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

The flowers of immortelle contain flavonoids, tannins, essential oil, organic acids, carotenoids, polysaccharides, macro- and microelements, and other biologically active substances.

Color is lemon-yellow with orange, gray-brown, greenish-gray, and rarely dark brown speckles.
The smell is faintly aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is spicy-bitter.
