It strengthens the immune system, effectively satisfies hunger, and increases overall physical performance.
Recommended as an additional source of iron.

for children aged 7-11 years and boys aged 11-14 years by 33% (4 mg),
for girls aged 11-14 years by 27% (4 mg),
and the average daily requirement for adults by 36% (5 mg);
