Indications

- For intensive hydration, lubrication, and protection of the anterior surface of the eye (cornea and conjunctiva) in cases of pronounced and prolonged sensation of "dryness" of the eyes, feeling of a foreign body, burning in the eyes, including those arising from climatic factors and intense visual strain
- For intensive hydration, lubrication, and acceleration of healing of the anterior surface of the eye after ophthalmic surgical procedures, as well as in cases of corneal damage and trauma
- For relief of discomfort when wearing rigid and soft contact lenses

How to use

It is recommended to instill the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution 3 times a day into the conjunctival sac of each eye, 1 drop at a time.
If necessary, the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution can be instilled more frequently.

The frequency of instillation of the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution is determined individually based on your sensations and according to the recommendations of an ophthalmologist or contact lens specialist.
If you are using the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution very frequently (for example, more than 10 times a day), please consult an ophthalmologist.
If your complaints or discomfort persist for several days after using the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution, you should also consult an ophthalmologist.
The КОМОД® system contains and allows for the extraction of 10 ml of the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution, which corresponds to approximately 300 drops of the solution.
After completely using the contents, a new filled container of the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution should be purchased, as the system is not designed for reuse.
There are no restrictions on the duration of use of the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution.

Method of use and recommendations for wearing contact lenses
Before each instillation, the cap must be removed.
Please, before the first use of the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution, turn the container upside down and press its base several times until the first drop appears at the tip of the dropper.
After that, the system is ready for use.
When instilling the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution, hold the container with the dropper down, pressing its base quickly and firmly.
This activates the dropper mechanism and dispenses only one drop of the solution.
Due to the special design of the valves in the КОМОД® system, the size of the drop and the speed of its extraction remain consistent even with very strong pressure on the base of the container.
Tilt your head back slightly, gently pull down the lower eyelid with your finger, and instill one drop into the conjunctival sac as described above.
Slowly close your eyes, allowing the liquid to spread evenly over the surface of the eye.
After the procedure, securely replace the cap on the dropper.
When instilling, avoid contact of the tip of the dropper with the surface of the eye and skin.
When wearing soft and rigid contact lenses, it is possible to instill the ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® solution into the conjunctival sac without removing the lenses.
The КОМОД® system is intended for individual use only.

Если Вы пользуетесь раствором ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® очень часто (например, более 10 раз в день), пожалуйста, проконсультируйтесь с врачом-офтальмологом.
В случае, если после применения раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® в течение нескольких дней предъявляемые Вами жалобы или дискомфорт сохраняются, Вам следует также проконсультироваться с врачом-офтальмологом.
Система КОМОД® содержит и позволяет извлечь 10 мл раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД®, что соответствует примерно 300 каплям раствора.
После полного использования содержимого следует приобрести новый заполненный контейнер с раствором ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД®, так как система не предусмотрена для повторного использования.
Не существует ограничений в отношении длительности применения раствора ХИЛОМАКС- КОМОД®.

Способ применения и рекомендации при ношении контактных линз
Перед каждым закапыванием нужно снимать колпачок.
Пожалуйста, перед первым использованием раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® переверните контейнер капельницей вниз и надавите на его основание несколько раз, пока на кончике капельницы не появится первая капля.
После этого система готова к использованию.
При закапывании раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® удерживайте контейнер капельницей
вниз, быстро и энергично надавливая на его основание.
Таким образом приводится в действие механизм капельницы и извлекается только одна капля раствора.
Благодаря особой конструкции клапанов в системе КОМОД® размер капли и скорость ее извлечения остаются одинаковыми даже при очень сильном давлении на основание контейнера.
Откиньте голову немного назад, слегка отведите пальцем нижнее веко и закапайте одну каплю в конъюнктивальный мешок, как описано выше.
Медленно закройте глаза, давая возможность жидкости равномерно распределиться по поверхности глаза.
После окончания процедуры герметично наденьте на капельницу колпачок.

CHILOMAX-COMOD MOISTURIZING OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION - for instillation into the conjunctival sac

The medical device "Moisturizing Ophthalmic Solution CHILOMAX-COMOD®" is a sterile isotonic 0.2% aqueous solution of sodium hyaluronate, preservative-free, in an original container (COMOD® system).

The hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium salt) included in the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution is a natural substance. Sodium hyaluronate is a physiological polysaccharide compound found in both the tissues of the eye and in other tissues and fluids of the human body. A special physicochemical property of sodium hyaluronate molecules is their pronounced ability to bind water molecules. The aqueous solution of sodium hyaluronate has the necessary viscosity and high adhesive properties with respect to the anterior surface of the eye, which allows the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution to form a uniform pre-corneal tear film on the corneal surface that remains intact during blinking and does not cause a decrease in visual acuity. Thus, the eye is protected for a long time from the sensation of dryness and irritation, which often occurs when in contact with the environment, as well as during the wearing of contact lenses.

The CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution contains a significant concentration of sodium hyaluronate and, therefore, provides high viscosity. Prolonged and intense discomfort disappears, leading to continuous protection of the eyes from irritation. At the same time, constant and adequate hydration of the eye surface promotes normal physiological flow and accelerates the healing of eye injuries and wounds after trauma and surgical interventions.

The CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution makes wearing any hard or soft contact lenses more comfortable, while the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution does not deposit on the surface of the lenses. The CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution is placed in an original "COMOD®" container, which is a complex system of reservoirs and valves, ensuring no air penetration from the outside and providing the extraction of uniformly sized drops regardless of the applied force. The metal parts and valves of the container that come into contact with the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution are partially coated with a thin layer of silver, which, along with the absolute tightness of the system, ensures the sterility of the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution in the absence of preservatives. Thus, the potential undesirable effects of preservatives on the eye tissues are excluded, and good tolerance of the CHILOMAX-COMOD® solution is ensured even with prolonged use.

Медицинское изделие «Раствор увлажняющий офтальмологический «ХИЛОМАКС- КОМОД®» представляет собой стерильный изотонический 0,2 % водный раствор натрия гиалуроната, не содержащий консервантов, в оригинальном контейнере (система «КОМОД®»).

Входящая в состав раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® гиалуроновая кислота (в виде натриевой соли) является природной субстанцией.
Натрия гиалуронат является физиологическим полисахаридным соединением, содержащимся как в тканях глаза, так и в других тканях и жидкостях организма человека.
Особым физико-химическим свойством молекул натрия гиалуроната является их выраженная способность связывать молекулы воды.
Водный раствор натрия гиалуроната обладает необходимой вязкостью и высокими адгезивными свойствами по отношению к передней поверхности глаза, за счет чего раствор ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® образует на поверхности роговицы равномерную, сохраняющуюся в течение длительного времени прероговичную слезную пленку, которая не смывается при моргании и не вызывает снижения остроты зрения.
Тем самым глаз надолго защищен от ощущения сухости и раздражения, которые часто возникают при контакте с окружающей средой, а также при ношении контактных линз.

Раствор ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® содержит значительную концентрацию натрия гиалуроната и, следовательно, обеспечивает высокую вязкость.
Длительный и интенсивный дискомфорт исчезает, что приводит к постоянной защите глаз от раздражения.
Одновременно, постоянное и достаточное увлажнение поверхности глаза способствует нормальному физиологическому течению и ускорению заживления повреждений и ран глаза после травм и хирургических вмешательств.

Раствор ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® делает ношение любых жестких или мягких контактных линз более комфортным, при этом раствор ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® не откладывается на поверхности линз.
Раствор ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® помещен в оригинальный контейнер "КОМОД®", который представляет собой сложную систему резервуаров и клапанов, гарантирующую отсутствие проникновения воздуха извне и обеспечивающую извлечение одинаковых по размеру капель вне зависимости от степени приложенного усилия.
Металлические части и клапаны контейнера, контактирующие с раствором ХИЛОМАКС- КОМОД®, частично покрыты тонким слоем серебра, что вместе с абсолютной герметичностью системы обеспечивает стерильность раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® при отсутствии в нем консервантов.
Таким образом исключается возможное нежелательное воздействие консервантов на ткани глаза и обеспечивается хорошая переносимость раствора ХИЛОМАКС-КОМОД® даже при длительном применении.
