Method of Use and Dosage

Rules for Handling Contact Lenses

According to these instructions, you should first put on the right lens with the index finger of your right hand. However, this is not a mandatory rule, and you can start with any lens and with whichever finger is comfortable for you.
Take the right lens out of the container by tilting it and placing the lens on your palm, or pick it up with your fingertips.
Place the moistened right lens on the dry tip of the index finger of your right hand. Check that there are no tears at the edges of the lens and ensure that it is not inside out.
Looking straight into the mirror, lift the upper eyelid to the brow with the index or middle finger of your left hand and hold it firmly.
While looking in the mirror (with your left eye), bring the lens close to your right eye. Use the middle finger of your right hand to pull down the lower eyelid.
Gently place the lens on the eyeball, preferably on the cornea (the colored part) of the eye, so that the lens fully rests on the surface of the eye.
Remove your finger and check that the lens is in place, then look down and release your eyelids.
Once you have successfully placed the right lens and can see well with it, proceed to the left one.
• If you have poor vision, check that the lens is in your eye. Sometimes it may remain on your finger.
• If you were unable to place the lens on the first try, rinse it with saline or the recommended universal solution and try again.
• If you feel pain when the lens is in place, gently shift it from the center of the eye, which will allow the surface of the eye to be moistened with tears, and then the lens will return to its place.
• If you still feel discomfort after this, remove, moisten, and reapply the lens.
• If you experience dryness on the surface of your eye while wearing contact lenses, try using the recommended lubricating solution or consult your ophthalmologist.

ПРАВИЛА ОБРАЩЕНИЯ С КОНТАКТНЫМИ ЛИНЗАМИ
Согласно данной инструкции сначала следует одевать правую линзу указательным пальцем правой руки. Тем не менее, это не является обязательным правилом, и вы можете начинать с любой линзы и тем пальцем, которым вам будет удобно.
Достаньте правую линзу из контейнера, наклонив его и выложив линзу на ладонь, либо возьмите её кончиками пальцев.
Поместите смоченную правую линзу на сухой кончик указательного пальца правой руки. Проверьте, чтобы по краям линзы не было разрывов и убедитесь, что она не вывернута внутренней стороной наружу.
Смотря прямо в зеркало, указательным или средним пальцем левой руки приподнимите за ресницы верхнее веко к брови и хорошо прижмите его.
Смотря в зеркало (левым глазом) поднесите линзу к правому глазу. Средним пальцем правой руки оттяните нижнее веко вниз.
Аккуратно поместите линзу на глазное яблоко, желательно на роговицу (цветную часть) глаза так, чтобы линза полностью легла на поверхность глаза.
Уберите палец и проверьте что линза на месте, затем посмотрите вниз и отпустите веки.
После того как вы успешно установили правую линзу и хорошо видите в ней, переходите к левой.
• Если вы плохо видите, проверьте что линза находиться в глазу. Иногда она может оставаться на пальце.
• Если вы не смогли установить линзу с первого раза, промойте её физиологическим или рекомендованным универсальным раствором и попробуйте еще раз.
• Если вы чувствуете боль, когда линза установлена, аккуратно сместите её с центра глаза, что позволит смочить поверхность глаза слезами и затем линза вернется на место.
• Если и после этого вы чувствуете дискомфорт, снимите, смочите и снова оденьте линзу.
• Если в процессе ношения контактных линз вы ощущаете сухость поверхности глаза, попробуйте капать в глаза рекомендованный смазывающий раствор или обратитесь к вашему офтальмологу.

Contraindications & warnings

• Inflammation or infection of the eye, or on the eyelids
• Any diseases that may affect the eyes or complicate the wearing of contact lenses
• If the eyes are red or irritated
• Chronic eye diseases

Special Instructions

• Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the lenses. Good personal hygiene is very important.
• Remember that a dirty container is a cause of infections that lead to harmful bacteria. Therefore, replace the container regularly.
• Regularly visit your ophthalmologist. Be sure to seek advice by phone if necessary.
• In case of redness, irritation, or worsening vision, immediately remove the lenses and consult a doctor.
• Create a special schedule or timetable for replacement to ensure planned and regular lens changes.
• Remember that a lens cannot "get lost" on the surface of the eye.
• Use lens care products recommended by your ophthalmologist and strictly follow the instructions for use. Contact lenses must be cleaned and disinfected during use to reduce the risk of serious eye infections.
• When changing lens care products, be sure to consult your ophthalmologist.
• Do not use eye drops or other medications without your ophthalmologist's approval.
• Do not wear contact lenses if you are sick or fatigued. If you have had an eye infection, consult your ophthalmologist before resuming the use of contact lenses. In this case, you should also change the container and care products used.
• Stop wearing contact lenses if you are unable to provide proper care for them.
• Avoid contact of lenses or the container with tap water and other non-sterile substances. Also, never moisten the lens or your fingers with saliva before insertion. All of this can lead to eye infections.
