How to use

Recommendations for use:
select a bandage of the necessary size and elasticity; before use, lie down with elevated legs for 10-15 minutes;
apply the bandage according to the scheme provided below, or according to the scheme suggested by the doctor. Attention: after the bandage has been in sub-zero temperatures, before use, it must be removed from the packaging and allowed to reach room temperature; do not apply the bandage over another dressing or clothing.

Method of application:
apply the bandage to the elevated leg starting from the ankle, then to the foot, calf, and thigh (from bottom to top); each turn of the bandage should overlap the previous turn by 50-70%;
the pressure of the bandage on the surface of the leg should be maximum at the bottom and gradually decrease towards the top; the last turn should be applied above the affected area by at least 5 cm; secure the bandage using fasteners (clips).

Рекомендации по применению:
подобрать бинт необходимого размера и растяжимости; перед применением полежать с поднятыми ногами 10-15 минут;
наложить бинт согласно предложенной ниже схеме, либо по схеме, предложенной врачом. Внимание: после нахождения бинта при минусовой температуре, перед использованием, необходимо достать его из упаковки и дать ему время принять комнатную температуру; не допускается накладывать бинт поверх другой повязки или одежды.

Способ применения:
на приподнятую ногу накладывать бинт начиная с лодыжки, затем на стопу, голень и бедро (снизу вверх); каждый тур бинта накладывается с перекрытием предыдущего тура на 50-70%;
давление бинта на поверхность ноги должно быть максимальным внизу и равномерно ослабевать к верху; последний виток накладывать выше пораженного участка не менее, чем на 5 см; фиксировать бинт при помощи застёжек (клипс).
