The product "Yodopiron 1% - YuzhFarm" is intended for use in medical and preventive institutions

• for hygienic hand treatment of medical personnel;

• for hand treatment of surgeons, operating room nurses, midwives, and other individuals involved in surgeries and childbirth;

• for disinfecting the skin of surgical and injection sites;

• for treating the elbow creases of donors;

• for skin treatment prior to catheter insertion and joint puncture; as well as:

• for hygienic hand treatment after surgery and injection sites by the general public at home;

• for treating abrasions and cuts at home;

• for wiping insect bite areas (reduces discomfort and itching);

• for comprehensive skin protection against microbes in public places and outdoors.

How to use

APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT

• Hand hygiene. Apply 3 ml of the product to the hands until dry, but for no less than 1 minute.

• Surgeons' hand preparation: before using the product, thoroughly wash hands and forearms at least twice with warm running water and soap for 2 minutes, then dry with a sterile gauze towel. Next, apply 5 ml of the product twice to the hands and allow to dry completely. The total processing time is 5 minutes. Sterile gloves are put on after the product has dried completely.

• Preparation of the skin at the surgical site, donor elbow creases, skin before catheter insertion and joint puncture: wipe the skin twice with separate sterile gauze swabs, abundantly moistened with the product; the contact time after processing is 2 minutes; the patient takes a shower (bath) the day before the operation and changes linen.

• Preparation of the injection site:

• wipe the skin with a sterile cotton swab, abundantly moistened with the product. The contact time after processing is 20 seconds;

• perform the treatment by irrigating the skin at the injection site until fully moistened, followed by a contact time of 20 seconds after irrigation.

• Treatment of wounds, abrasions, insect bites:

• in the case of an intensely contaminated fresh wound or abrasion, rinse with a foamy solution of iodine or iodopiron;

• wipe the skin at the insect bite site with a cotton swab moistened with the product. The contact time after processing is 20 seconds.

ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ СРЕДСТВА

• Гигиеническая обработка рук. 3 мл средства наносят на кисти рук до высыхания, но не менее 1 мин.

• Обработка рук хирургов: перед применением средства кисти рук и предплечья предварительно тщательно моют, не менее чем двукратно, теплой проточной водой и мылом в течение 2 минут, высушивают стерильной марлевой салфеткой. Затем на кисти рук наносят дважды по 5 мл средства и оставляют до полного высыхания. Общее время обработки составляет 5 мин. Стерильные перчатки надевают после полного высыхания средства.

• Обработка кожи операционного поля, локтевых сгибов доноров, кожи перед введением катетеров и пункцией суставов: кожу двукратно протирают раздельными стерильными марлевыми тампонами, обильно смоченными средством; время выдержки после окончания обработки - 2 минуты; накануне операции больной принимает душ (ванну), меняет белье.

• Обработка инъекционного поля:

• кожу протирают стерильным ватным тампоном, обильно смоченным средством. Время выдержки после окончания обработки - 20 секунд;

• обработку проводят способом орошения кожи в месте инъекции до полного увлажнения с последующей выдержкой после орошения 20 сек.

• Обработка ран, ссадин, укусов насекомых:

• при обнаружении интенсивно загрязненной инородными свежую рану или ссадину промывают пенистым раствором йодо раствором йодопирона;

• кожу в местах укуса насекомыми протирают ватным та] средством. Время выдержки после окончания обработки - 20 секунд

Individual intolerance to the components of the product

PRECAUTIONS AND FIRST AID MEASURES
1. The use of the product is prohibited after the expiration date.
2. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them under running water for 10-15 minutes; if hyperemia occurs, instill a 30% sodium sulfacetamide solution. Consult a doctor if necessary.
4. In case of accidental ingestion of the product, it is recommended to drink several glasses of water with the addition of an adsorbent (for example, 10-15 crushed activated charcoal tablets per glass of water). Do not induce vomiting! Consult a doctor if necessary.

Индивидуальная непереносимость компонентов продукта

МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ и ОКАЗАНИЯ ПЕРВОЙ МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ ПОМОЩИ
1. По истечении срока годности использование средства запрещается.
2. Избегать попадания в глаза. При попадании средства в глаза промыть их под проточной водой в течение 10-15 минут, при появлении гиперемии закапать 30% раствор сульфацила натрия. При необходимости обратиться к врачу.
4. При случайном попадании средства в желудок рекомендуется выпить несколько стаканов воды с добавлением адсорбента (например, 10-15 измельченных таблеток активированного угля на стакан воды). Рвоту не вызывать! При необходимости обратиться к врачу.

Pharmacology

The disinfectant "Yodopiron 1% - YuzhFarm" (hereinafter referred to as the product) is a ready-to-use preparation in the form of a brown transparent liquid with a faint specific odor.

As the active ingredient, it contains yodopiron with an active iodine content of at least 1%, as well as ethanol and purified water. The disinfectant "Yodopiron 1% - YuzhFarm" exhibits bactericidal (against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including antibiotic-resistant strains of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Proteus), fungicidal, and anti-inflammatory effects when applied locally, and has virucidal activity.

It retains the high antiseptic properties of iodine even in the presence of blood and plasma, does not induce the development of resistant forms of microorganisms, does not have an allergic effect on the body, and is non-toxic.

The product has prolonged antimicrobial activity. It retains its properties after freezing and subsequent thawing.

Дезинфицирующее средство «Йодопирон 1% - ЮжФарм» (далее - средство) представляет собой готовый к применению препарат в виде коричневой прозрачной жидкости с невыраженным специфическим запахом.

В качестве действующего вещества содержит йодопирон с содержанием активного йода не менее 1%, а также этанол, воду очищенную.
Средство дезинфицирующее «Йодопирон 1% - ЮжФарм» при местном применении проявляет бактерицидное (в отношении широкого спектра грамположительных и грамотрицательных микроорганизмов, в т.ч. антибиотико-резистентных штаммов кишечной палочки, золотистого стафилококка и протея), фунгицидное и противовоспалительное действие, обладает вирулицидной активностью.
