Indications

Acute and subacute infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts: bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, otitis media, including complications following influenza (treatment as part of combination therapy).
Recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, chronic bronchitis (prevention of exacerbations).

How to use

Sublingually; take on an empty stomach. The tablet should be held under the tongue until completely dissolved. Sublingual tablets should not be sucked, chewed, or swallowed.
Acute and subacute infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts
1 tablet per day until symptoms resolve (for at least 10 days).
Recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, prevention of exacerbations of chronic respiratory diseases
1 tablet per day for 10 days. The preventive course includes three cycles of 10 days with 20-day intervals between them.
The preventive course should be conducted no more than 1-2 times a year.
If a dose is missed, do not double the next dose. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor.
Use the medication only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Под язык; принимать натощак. Таблетку следует держать под языком до полного растворения. Таблетки подъязычные не следует рассасывать, жевать или проглатывать.
Острые и подострые инфекции верхних и нижних дыхательных путей
По 1 таблетке в сутки до исчезновения симптомов заболевания (не менее 10 дней).
Рецидивирующие инфекции верхних и нижних дыхательных путей, профилактика обострений хронических заболеваний органов дыхания
По 1 таблетке в сутки в течение 10 дней. Профилактический курс включает три цикла по 10 дней с 20-дневными интервалами между ними.
Профилактический курс следует проводить не чаще 1-2 раз в год.
При пропуске приема очередной дозы не следует ее удваивать при следующем приеме. Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.
Применяйте препарат только согласно тем показаниям, тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции.

Lyophilized bacterial lysates - 50 mg, including active component: lysates of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus viridans, Streptococcus pneumoniae (types - TY1/EQ11, TY2/EQ22, TY3/EQ14, TY5/EQ15, TY8/EQ23, TY47/EQ24), Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella ozaenae, Haemophilus influenzae b, Neisseria catarrhalis - 7.0 mg; excipient: glycine - 43 mg. Excipients - microcrystalline cellulose 150.0 mg, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 35.0 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide 10.0 mg, magnesium stearate 3.0 mg, ammonium glycyrrhizinate 1.2 mg, peppermint flavor 0.8 mg.

Pharmacology

Combined immunostimulatory preparation of bacterial origin for sublingual administration. It is a polyvalent antigenic complex that includes lysates of bacteria - the most common pathogens of respiratory infections. The lysates included in the composition of Ismigen® are obtained by mechanical destruction of bacterial cells. Ismigen® exerts nonspecific immunostimulatory and specific vaccinating effects. Ismigen® sublingual tablets act on various components of immunity. It stimulates both local (increases the concentration of secretory IgA) and systemic (cellular and humoral) immunity. It activates phagocytosis, increases the content of lysozyme in saliva, promotes an increase in the number of immunocompetent cells, raises the concentration of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, and reduces the concentration of serum IgE.

It enhances the functional activity of macrophages (including alveolar) and polymorphonuclear leukocytes, which contributes to the destruction of infectious agents. As a result of treatment with Ismigen®, the frequency, severity, and duration of acute respiratory tract infections are reduced; relief and mitigation of symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath are observed, and the need for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory therapy decreases; in patients with chronic respiratory tract diseases, the preparation also prevents exacerbations.

Комбинированный иммуностимулирующий препарат бактериального происхождения для сублингвального (подъязычного) приема. Представляет собой поливалентный антигенный комплекс, включающий лизаты бактерий - наиболее часто встречающихся возбудителей респираторных инфекций. Лизаты, входящие в состав препарата Исмиген®, получены путем механического разрушения бактериальных клеток. Исмиген® оказывает неспецифическое иммуностимулирующее и специфическое вакцинирующее действие. Исмиген® таблетки подъязычные оказывает действие на различные звенья иммунитета. Стимулирует как местный (повышает концентрацию секреторного IgA), так и системный (клеточный и гуморальный) иммунитет. Активирует фагоцитоз, увеличивает содержание лизоцима в слюне, способствует увеличению количества иммунокомпетентных клеток, повышает концентрацию сывороточных IgA, IgG, IgM и уменьшает концентрацию сывороточного IgE.
Повышает функциональную активность макрофагов (в том числе альвеолярных) и полиморфноядерных лейкоцитов, что способствует уничтожению инфекционных агентов. В результате лечения препаратом Исмиген® сокращается частота, выраженность и длительность острых инфекций респираторного тракта; наблюдается облегчение и нивелирование таких симптомов как лихорадка, кашель, одышка, уменьшается потребность в антибактериальной и противовоспалительной терапии; у пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями респираторного тракта препарат также предупреждает обострения.
