Рекомендуется использовать при комплексном лечении заболеваний суставов. Ушибы, растяжения, надрывы, воспаления мышц и сухожилий, вывихи, подвывихи, артрозы и воспаления суставов, «застывшее» плечо, «теннисный» локоть, грыжи позвоночника, протрузии, остеохондрозы, боли в мышцах и суставах, гематомы.
How to use
Apply to dry and clean skin 30 minutes before physical activity.
If necessary, remove hair from the application site beforehand.
Cut the tape to the required length and shape it according to the intended use.
To ensure better adhesion to the skin, round the edges of the tape.
The beginning and end of the tape should be 2-5 cm long and should never be stretched during application, regardless of the location and method of application.
Tear the paper backing and gradually remove it while applying the tape.
After application, smooth the tape with your hand several times to warm it up.
To facilitate removal, moisten the tape with oil or hot water.

Наклеивайте на сухую и чистую кожу за 30 минут до начала физических нагрузок.
При необходимости - предварительно удалите волосы в месте наклеивания.
Отрежьте ленту необходимой длины и придайте ей форму в зависимости от характера применения.
Чтобы тейп лучше крепился к коже, закруглите края ленты.
Начало и конец тейпа должны быть длиной 2-5 см при наклеивании никогда не натягиваются, независимо от места и способа наложения.
Надорвите бумажную подложку и, постепенно ее снимая, наклеивайте тейп.
После аппликации несколько раз прогладьте тейп рукой, разогревая.
Чтобы тейп легче снимался, смочите его маслом или горячей водой.
