Indications

Used in the complex therapy of the following neurological conditions:
- trigeminal neuralgia;
- facial nerve neuritis;
- pain syndrome caused by spinal diseases (intercostal neuralgia, lumbosacral radiculopathy, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervicobrachial syndrome, radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes in the spine);
- polyneuropathy of various etiologies (diabetic, alcoholic).

Применяется в комплексной терапии следующих неврологических заболеваний:
-невралгия тройничного нерва;
-неврит лицевого нерва;
-болевой синдром, вызванный заболеваниями позвоночника (межреберная невралгия, люм-боишиалгия, поясничный синдром, шейный синдром, шейно-плечевой синдром, корешковый синдром, вызванный дегенеративными изменениями позвоночника).
-полинейропатия различной этиологии (диабетическая, алкогольная).

How to use

Tablets should be taken after meals, without chewing, and with a small amount of liquid. Adults: 1 tablet 1-3 times a day.
Duration of the course - as recommended by a doctor. High doses of the medication are not recommended for treatment lasting more than 4 weeks.

Excipients (coating):
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose - 3.512 mg; Macrogol 4000 - 1.411 mg; Low molecular weight povidone - 3.713 mg; Titanium dioxide - 3.511 mg; Talc - 1.353 mg.

Round, biconvex tablets coated with a film, white or almost white in color.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; severe and acute forms of decompensated heart failure; pediatric age.

During the use of the medication, the intake of multivitamin complexes containing B vitamins is not recommended.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, тяжелые и острые формы деком-пенсированной сердечной недостаточности, детский возраст.

Во время приема препарата не рекомендуется прием поливитаминных комплексов, содержащих витамины группы В.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions (itching, urticarial rash); in some cases, increased sweating, nausea, tachycardia.

Symptoms: exacerbation of the drug's side effects.
First aid: gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal, initiation of symptomatic therapy.

Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is incompatible with heavy metal salts. Ethanol sharply decreases the absorption of thiamine. During the use of the preparation, the intake of multivitamin complexes containing B vitamins is not recommended.

Аллергические реакции (зуд, уртикарная сыпь), в отдельных случаях повышенное потоотделение, тошнота, тахикардия.

Симптомы: усиление симптомов побочного действия препарата.
Первая помощь: промывание желудка, прием активированного угля, назначение симптоматической терапии.

Леводопа уменьшает эффект терапевтических доз витамина В6. Витамин В12 несовместим с солями тяжелых металлов. Этанол резко снижает всасывание тиамина. Во время приема пре-парата не рекомендуется прием поливитаминных комплексов, включающих в состав витамины группы В.

Pharmacology

Combined multivitamin complex. The action of the drug is determined by the properties of the vitamins included in its composition.
Benfotiamine - a fat-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1), participates in the conduction of nerve impulses.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats; necessary for normal hematopoiesis, functioning of the CNS and peripheral nervous system. It ensures synaptic transmission, inhibitory processes in the CNS, participates in the transport of sphingosine, which is part of the nerve sheath, and is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides; it is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis, and the development of epithelial cells; necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.

Бенфотиамин - жирорастворимая форма тиамина (витамин В1), участвует в проведении нервного импульса.
