How to use
Take orally 1/2-1 teaspoon once a day, with water. The treatment course is 15-30 days. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor. Pieces of thalli of various shapes. Color ranges from light green to dark green, greenish-brown, light brown, reddish-brown, and sometimes yellowish-brown, greenish-black; the outer surface of the thalli pieces is covered with a white coating of salts. Characteristic smell. Salty taste.

Кусочки слоевищ различной формы. Цвет от светло-зеленого до темно-зеленого, зеленовато-коричневый, светло-коричневый, красно-коричневый, иногда желтовато-коричневый, зеленовато-черный; снаружи кусочки слоевищ покрыты белым налетом солей. Запах характерный. Вкус солоноватый.
Contraindications & warnings
Increased individual sensitivity (including to iodine), hyperthyroidism, multinodular goiter, thyrotoxicosis of various origins, nephritis, nephrosis, hemorrhagic diathesis, furunculosis, acne rash, chronic pyoderma, intestinal obstruction, acute abdomen syndrome, appendicitis, and other inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, acute febrile conditions; pregnancy, breastfeeding, and children under 12 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The use of the drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding (due to insufficient clinical data).
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery.
The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving machinery).

Повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность (в том числе к йоду), гипертиреоз, многоузловой зоб, тиреотоксикоз различного генеза, нефрит, нефроз, геморрагические диатезы, фурункулез, угревая сыпь, хроническая пиодермия, кишечная непроходимость, синдром «острого» живота, аппендицит и другие воспалительные процессы в брюшной полости, острые лихорадочные состояния; беременность, период грудного вскармливания, детский возраст до 12 лет.

Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions are possible (skin itching, skin hyperemia). With prolonged use and increased sensitivity to iodine, symptoms of iodism may occur (including runny nose, urticaria, Quincke's edema, salivation, tearing, acne rash on the skin). If you experience side effects listed in the instructions, or if they worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not mentioned in the instructions, inform your doctor.
When the drug is used in doses exceeding the recommended amounts, an increase in dose-dependent side effects may occur.

При длительном применении и повышенной чувствительности к йоду возможны явления йодизма (в том числе насморк, крапивница, отек Квинке, слюнотечение, слезотечение, угревая сыпь на коже). Если у Вас отмечаются побочные эффекты, указанные в инструкции, или они усугубляются, или Вы заметили любые другие побочные эффекты, не указанные в инструкции, сообщите об этом врачу

Pharmacological action.

The fronds of Laminaria contain high molecular weight polysaccharides, iodide and bromide salts, mannitol, alginic acid, alginates, ascorbic acid, and other biologically active substances. The laxative effect is due to the ability of the product to swell and, increasing in volume, cause irritation of the receptors in the intestinal mucosa. Due to the presence of iodine salts, the product also has thyroid and hypolipidemic effects. It is recommended for conditions such as chronic atonic constipation, including in patients with hyperlipidemia. The dosage is 1/2-1 teaspoon taken once a day with water.
