How to use
To achieve the desired functional result from the use of an elastic compression bandage, it is important to follow the following requirements for elastic bandaging of the lower extremities:
1. Elastic bandaging should be performed in the morning, before getting out of bed, preferably while lying in bed.
2. The bandage should be applied with the foot in dorsiflexion, using even turns without folds to prevent skin injury during movement.
3. The bandage should always start from the proximal joints of the toes, ensuring the heel is bandaged and forming a so-called lock with the band, which will prevent the band from slipping during walking.
4. The roll of the bandage should be unwound outward, close to the skin, which will help avoid overstretching the bandage and creating excessive compression.
5. Each turn of the bandage should overlap the previous one by 30 - 50%.
6. For better fixation of the elastic bandage on the limb, especially on the thigh, it is necessary to alternate the turns of the bandage in ascending and descending directions, forming a so-called chevron pattern.
7. The proximal edge of the compression should be 10-15 cm above the area of valvular insufficiency of the limb segment.
8. When applying the elastic bandage in areas of natural deformation (ankle region) of the limb, it is necessary to model a cylindrical profile of the limb using latex and foam rollers. With a properly applied compression bandage, the tips of the fingers may slightly turn blue at rest, and regain their normal color upon movement. After applying the elastic bandage, the patient is asked to walk for 20-30 minutes. The appearance of numbness in the toes, a sensation of pulsation under the bandages, or the onset of pain indicates an incorrect choice of compression level of the elastic bandage and the need for adjustment.

Для достижения необходимого функционального результата, которого хотят добиться от применения эластического компрессионного бандажа, важно соблюдать следующие требования эластического бинтования нижних конечностей:
1. Эластическое бинтование необходимо выполнять утром, до подъема с кровати, лучше лежа в постели.
2. Повязку необходимо накладывать при тыльном сгибании стопы, равномерными витками без складок, чтобы исключить травму кожи при движении.
3. Повязку всегда необходимо начинать от проксимальных суставов пальцев стопы с обязательным бинтованием пятки и формированием витком бинта т.н. замка, что исключит соскальзывание бинта при ходьбе.
4. Рулон бинта необходимо раскручивать наружу в непосредственной близости от кожных покровов, что позволит исключить перерастягивание бинта и создание слишком высокой компрессии.
5. Каждый тур бинта должен перекрывать предыдущий на 30 - 50%.
6. Для лучшей фиксации эластического бинта на конечности, особенно на бедре, необходимо пользоваться наложением туров бинта попеременно в восходящем и нисходящем направлениях с формированием т.н. елочки.
7. Проксимальный край компрессии должен на 10-15 см быть выше зоны клапанной недостаточности сегмента конечности.
8. При наложении эластического бандажа в местах естественной деформации (область лодыжек) формы конечности, необходимо моделировать цилиндрический профиль конечности, используя латексные и поролоновые валики. При правильно наложенной компрессионной повязке в покое кончики пальцев слегка синеют, а при начале движения восстанавливают свой обычный цвет. После наложения эластической повязки боль ного просят походить в течение 20—30 минут. Появление онемения пальцев стопы, ощущение пульсации под бинтами, появление болей означают неправильный выбор степени компрессии эластического бандажа и необходимость ее коррекции.

The elastic medical bandage with high extensibility is used for the prevention and treatment of chronic venous inflammatory processes in pre- and post-operative periods, for the prevention of hematoma formation and to maintain endoprostheses in a stable condition during plastic surgeries, as well as for the prevention and treatment of sports-related injuries.
The special weaving technology used in the production of the bandage ensures excellent quality and preservation of properties even with prolonged and intensive use. The metal fastener allows the bandage to be held in place, is applied quickly and easily without twisting the bandage, is securely fixed, and does not slip.
