How to use
The process of putting on the compression knee brace is as follows.
It should be held firmly with both hands and gradually pulled over the ankle and knee simultaneously from both sides.
If the brace is pulled unevenly, with one side being put on first and then the other, the compression effect will be uneven.
The brace should be put on in one continuous motion without interruption.
Jerky and abrupt movements while putting on the brace will inevitably lead to jolting of the patella, which will negatively affect the healing process and cause pain and discomfort.
The brace is put on while sitting, with the leg bent at an angle of approximately 30°.
You should sit comfortably and safely in a chair, never sitting on the edge.
The feet should be pressed firmly to the floor, and the injured leg should be bent at the required angle.

Процесс надевания компрессионного наколенника происходит следующим образом.
Его нужно крепко держать обеими руками и постепенно натягивать на лодыжку и колено одновременно с двух сторон.
При условии неровного натягивания наколенника, когда сначала надевается одна сторона, а потом другая, компрессионное влияние будет неравномерным.
Наколенник следует надевать единым движением, не прерываясь.
Дергающие и резкие движения при надевании наколенника, неизбежно приведут к сотрясению коленной чашечки, что негативно скажется на процессе заживления и вызовет ощущения боли и дискомфорта.
Надевают наколенник, в положении сидя, при этом нога должна быть согнута под углом приблизительно в 30°
Нужно удобно и безопасно расположиться на стуле, ни в коем случае не сидеть на краю.
Стопы должны быть прижаты плотно к полу, а травмированная нога согнута под нужным углом.

Contraindications & warnings
Individual intolerance to the components of the product.
The bandage should be washed with warm water and soap.
The water temperature should not exceed +40°C.
When washing and rinsing, do not rub or twist the bandage.
Ironing is not recommended.
