INDICATIONS FOR USE

• bronchial asthma;

• influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections.

ПОКАЗАНИЯ К ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ
Ингалятор ультразвуковой LD-152U показан для лечения:

• при острых, подострых и хронических воспалительных заболеваниях верхних дыхательных путей, бронхов и легких;

• профессиональных заболеваниях органов дыхания (для лечения и профилактики);

• бронхиальной астме;

• гриппе и других острых респираторных вирусных инфекциях.

How to use

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The device is supplied in a non-sterile condition. All accessories included with the device are not sterile. Prior to use, they must be processed according to the instructions provided.
Important! Before using the device for the first time, a complete cleaning must be performed as described in section "10. CARE, STORAGE, REPAIR, AND DISPOSAL."
Remove the inhalation chamber from the main unit of the device, holding it by the protrusions on the lid of the inhalation chamber.
Fill the reservoir with water up to the "WATER LEVEL" mark on the level sensor. If the water level is below the acceptable level, the sensor will prevent the piezo element from activating, and the red indicator will light up.
Place the inhalation chamber vertically on the table. Disconnect the upper part of the inhalation chamber from the chamber itself. To do this, turn the lid of the inhalation chamber counterclockwise. Pulling the lid of the inhalation chamber upwards, remove it.
Pour no more than 12 ml and no less than 2 ml of inhalation solution into the reservoir.
Attention! Do not turn on the device with an empty medication reservoir. Do not pour more than 12 ml of inhalation solution into the reservoir.
Close the lid of the inhalation chamber back by turning it clockwise.
Reinsert the inhalation chamber back into the main unit of the device.
Connect the inhalation chamber to the tube with a mask or mouthpiece. If necessary, the tube can be extended by stretching it or connecting two tubes with a coupling.
It is important to remember that increasing the length of the inhalation tubes leads to an increase in the loss of inhalation solution.
Important! Each patient is recommended to use an individual mouthpiece and/or mask.
Set the control regulators to their initial positions:

• the " " regulator to position "0".

• the airflow regulator " " to position "1".

Insert the power plug into the socket.
Make yourself comfortable next to the device. Put on the mask or take the mouthpiece in your mouth. THE DEVICE IS READY FOR INHALATION.
Important! For effective inhalation, it is necessary to calm down, relax, and sit up straight.
If you are inhaling while in bed, place a pillow under your back so that your back is as straight as possible. An uncomfortable position and uneven breathing may lead to blockage of parts of the lungs and some areas of the airways.

NOTE 1: If you are using the inhaler for children, a too strong aerosol flow may make it difficult for the child to breathe. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the aerosol flow using the airflow regulator, which will increase the inhalation time.
NOTE 2: The formation of condensation under the device casing is permissible during inhalation.

After use:
a) turn off the device by setting the regulator to "0";
b) unplug the power plug from the socket;
c) disconnect the inhalation chamber from the main unit, remove the upper lid of the inhalation chamber, and drain the remaining inhalation solution;
d) drain the water from the reservoir;
e) wipe the device with a soft cloth and allow it to dry;
f) store the device in a dry place out of reach of children.

ПОРЯДОК ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ
Прибор поставляется в нестерильном виде. Все принадлежности, входящие в комплект прибора, не являются стерильными. Перед использованием требуется их обработка согласно указаниям в инструкции.
Важно! Перед использованием прибора в первый раз необходимо произвести его полную чистку, как описано в разделе «10. УХОД, ХРАНЕНИЕ, РЕМОНТ И УТИЛИЗАЦИЯ».
Извлеките камеру ингаляционную из основного блока прибора, держа ее за выступы на крышке камеры ингаляционной
Залейте воду в резервуар ровно до отметки «WATER LEVEL» на датчике уровня. Если уровень воды будет меньше допустимого, то датчик не даст включить пьезоэлемент, при этом будет гореть красный индикатор
Расположите камеру ингаляционную вертикально на столе. Отсоедините верхнюю часть камеры ингаляционной от самой камеры. Для этого поверните крышку камеры ингаляционной против часовой стрелки. Потянув крышку камеры ингаляционной вверх, извлеките ее.
Залейте в резервуар ингаляционный раствор не более 12 мл и не менее 2 мл.
Внимание! Не включайте прибор с пустым резервуаром для лекарств. Не наливайте в резервуар более 12 мл ингаляционного раствора.
Закройте крышку камеры ингаляционной обратно, повернув ее по часовой стрелке
Установите камеру ингаляционную обратно в основной блок прибора.
Присоедините к ингаляционной камере трубку с маской или мундштуком. При необходимости можно удлинить трубку, растянув ее или соединив две трубки с помощью муфты.
Необходимо помнить, что увеличение длины ингаляционных трубок ведет к увеличению потери ингаляционного раствора.
Важно! Каждому пациенту рекомендуется пользоваться индивидуальным мундштуком и/или маской.
Установите регуляторы управления в исходные положения:

• регулятор « » в положение «0».

• регулятор воздушного потока « » в положение «1»
Вставьте вилку электропитания в розетку.
Удобно расположитесь рядом с прибором. Наденьте маску или возьмите в рот мундштук. ПРИБОР ГОТОВ ДЛЯ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ИНГАЛЯЦИИ.
Важно! Для эффективной ингаляции необходимо успокоиться, расслабиться и сидеть прямо.
Если Вы производите ингаляцию в постели, то подложите под спину подушку так, чтобы спина была как можно прямее. Неудобная поза и неровное дыхание может привести к блокированию части легких и некоторых участков дыхательных путей.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ 1: Если Вы используете ингалятор для детей, то слишком сильный поток аэрозоля может затруднить дыхание ребенка. В этом случае рекомендуется уменьшить поток аэрозоля регулятором воздушного потока, что увеличит время ингаляции.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ 2: При ингаляции допустимо образование конденсата под корпусом прибора.

После использования:
а) выключите прибор, установив регулятор «0»
б) выньте вилку электропитания из розетки;
в) отсоедините камеру ингаляционную от основного блока, снимите верхнюю крышку камеры ингаляционной и слейте остатки ингаляционного раствора;
г) слейте воду из резервуара;
д) протрите прибор мягкой тканью и дайте ему высохнуть;
е) уберите прибор в сухое и недоступное для детей место.

Contraindications & warnings

Malignant neoplasms; systemic blood diseases; severe general exhaustion; stage III hypertension; pronounced atherosclerosis of the cerebral vessels; cardiovascular diseases in the stage of decompensation; nasal bleeding or predisposition to it; hemoptysis; febrile condition (body temperature above 38°C); active pulmonary tuberculosis; acute pneumonia; hypertrophy of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract; angina; pleurisy; epilepsy with frequent seizures; hysteria with severe convulsive seizures; psychoses with signs of psychomotor agitation; state of alcohol or drug intoxication; individual intolerance to procedures; severe overall condition of the patient.
It is also necessary to consult a doctor before use if a dental surgical operation has recently been performed or if the patient is undergoing treatment related to issues in the oral cavity or throat.

PRECAUTIONS
Attention! Inhalation solutions containing ether, oils, or suspended particles (suspensions), including herbal decoctions and infusions, are not permitted. All types of standard liquid inhalation solutions for nebulizer therapy produced by pharmaceutical companies are recommended for use.
Attention! This device is not intended for inhalations with hormonal medications and antibiotics, as the operation of the piezo element leads to their destruction.
Do not forget:
The nature of the inhalation (through the mouth, using a mouthpiece, or through the nose with a mask), duration (usually no more than 10-15 minutes), and frequency, as well as the inhalation solutions used, should be determined by YOUR DOCTOR. Inhalation using a mask is used for inhalations in a child who cannot use a mouthpiece.
Inhalation solutions must be prepared in sterile conditions based on 0.9% sodium chloride as a solvent. Tap water, even boiled, should not be used. The container in which the solution is prepared should be disinfected by boiling beforehand.
Attention! This device is not intended for inhalational anesthesia and for artificial ventilation of the lungs.

Злокачественные новообразования, системные заболевания крови, резкое общее истощение, гипертоническая болезнь III стадии, резко выраженный атеросклероз сосудов головного мозга, забо- левания сердечно-сосудистой системы в стадии декомпенсации, носовые кровотечения или пред- расположенность к ним, кровохарканье, лихорадочное состояние (температура тела свыше 38°С), активный легочный туберкулез, острая пневмония, гипертрофии слизистых дыхательных путей, ангина, плеврит, эпилепсия с частыми припадками, истерия с тяжелыми судорожными припадками, психозы с явлениями психомоторного возбуждения, состояние алкогольного или наркотического опьянения, индивидуальная непереносимость процедур, общее тяжелое состояние больного.
Также необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом перед использованием, если недавно была перенесена стоматологическая хирургическая операция либо пациент проходит курс лечения, связанный с проблемами в ротовой полости или горла.

МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ
Внимание! Не допускается применять ингаляционные растворы, содержащие эфир, масла или взвешенные частицы (суспензии), в т.ч. отвары и настои трав. Рекомендуются для применения все виды стандартных ингаляционных растворов в жидкой форме для небулайзерной терапии, выпускаемые фармкомпаниями.
Внимание! Данный прибор не предназначен для ингаляций растворами гормональных препаратов и антибиотиков, т.к. работа пьезоэлемента приводит к их разрушению.
Не забудьте:
Характер ингаляции (через рот, с использование мундштука, либо через нос с использованием маски), продолжительность (обычно не более 10-15 минут) и периодичность, а также используемые ингаляционные растворы должны быть определены ВАШИМ ВРАЧОМ. Ингаляция с использованием маски применяется для ингаляций ребенку, который не может использовать мундштук.
Растворы для ингаляций должны быть приготовлены в стерильных условиях на основе 0,9% натрия хлорида в качестве растворителя. Не следует пользоваться водопроводной, даже кипяченой водой. Посуда, в которой готовится раствор, предварительно дезинфицируется путем кипячения.
Внимание! Данный прибор не предназначен для ингаляционной анестезии и для искусственной вентиляции легких.
