Pharmacology

Elastic bandage, width 8 cm, length 3.5 m
The bandage is an elastic two-layer knitted fabric with a width ranging from 40 to 120 mm, with the layers connected by elastic threads. At least one of the layers is made from synthetic fibers modified with an antimicrobial additive. The other layer is made from natural cotton yarn. The elasticity of the bandages is average.
The antimicrobial properties of the medical elastic antimicrobial bandage are achieved due to the ground multifilament antimicrobial synthetic thread placed on the reverse side of the bandage, which is in constant contact with the skin, suppressing the growth and preventing the reproduction of fungi, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as various infections under the bandage.
ADVANTAGES OF THE MEDICAL ELASTIC ANTIMICROBIAL BANDAGE:
- constant antimicrobial effect;
- high wear resistance (the bandage lasts much longer than a regular bandage);
- increased shape stability (does not stretch or deform after washing);

Бинт представляет собой эластичное двухслойное основовязаное трикотажное полотно шириной от 40 до 120 мм, слои которого соединены между собой эластичными нитями, при этом по меньшей мере один из слоев полотна выполнен из синтетических нитей модифицированных аддитивом с антимикробным действием. Другой слой полотна выполнен из натуральной хлопчатобумажной пряжи. Растяжимость бинтов средняя.
Антимикробные свойства при использовании бинта медицинского эластичного антимикробного достигнуты благодаря тому, что грунтовая многофиламентная антимикробная синтетическая нить , размещённая с изнаночной стороны бинта, постоянно находится в контакте с кожей, подавляет рост и препятствуют размножению грибков, грамположительных и грамотрицательных бактерий, а также различных инфекций под бинтом.
