• Prunes, dried apricots, apple.
These are sources of dietary fiber, necessary for the functioning of the liver, gallbladder, and intestines; effective in preventing constipation; support the balance of bacterial flora, enhancing immunity.
• Cassia (senna leaves).
It enhances peristalsis primarily in the large intestine, has a mild laxative effect. It positively influences the bile secretion and detoxification function of the liver.
• Fennel fruits.
They regulate intestinal motility, relieve gastric spasms, have a diuretic effect, increase the secretion of digestive glands, possess antibacterial effects, and have a choleretic action.
