Indications
Symptomatic therapy for infectious-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by cough with difficult-to-expectorate sputum (against the background of acute respiratory diseases, influenza, tracheitis, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, pneumonia, "smoker's" bronchitis, and other inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract).

Симптоматическая терапия инфекционно-воспалительных заболеваний дыхательных путей, сопровождающихся кашлем с трудноотделяемой мокротой (на фоне острых респираторных заболеваний, гриппа, трахеита, бронхита, трахеобронхита, пневмонии, бронхита «курильщиков» и других воспалительных заболеваний дыхательных путей).
How to use
Orally; children from 6 months to 3 years - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) 3 times a day; from 3 to 8 years - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day; from 8 to 18 years - 1 teaspoon 4 times a day; adults - 2 teaspoons 3-4 times a day.
Duration of use is 5-7 days. Extension of the duration and conducting repeated treatment courses is possible upon doctor's recommendation.

Внутрь; дети от 6-ти месяцев до 3-х лет - по 1/2 чайной ложке (2,5 мл) 3 раза в день; от 3 лет до 8 лет - по 1 чайной ложке (5 мл) 3 раза в день; от 8 до 18 лет - по 1 чайной ложке 4 раза в день; взрослые - по 2 чайные ложки 3-4 раза в день.
Длительность применения препарата 5-7 дней. Увеличение продолжительности и проведение повторных курсов лечения возможно по рекомендации врача.

Dry extract of Adatoda vasica leaves 600 mg;
Dry extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra roots 75 mg;
Dry extract of Piper longum fruits and roots 100 mg;
Dry extract of Viola odorata flowers 25 mg;
Dry extract of Hyssopus officinalis leaves 50 mg;
Dry extract of Alpinia galanga roots and rhizomes 50 mg;
Dry extract of Cordia dichotoma fruits 100 mg;
Dry extract of Althaea officinalis flowers 100 mg;
Dry extract of Ziziphus jujuba fruits 100 mg;
Dry extract of Onosma bracteatum leaves and flowers 100 mg.
Excipients:
Sucrose 7 g;
Anhydrous citric acid 100 mg;
Glycerol 2 mg;
Methylparaben 10 mg;
Propylparaben 2 mg;
Propylene glycol 0.01 ml;
Peppermint leaf oil 3.75 µl;
Clove bud oil 1.25 µl;
Purified water up to 10 ml.
In the cherry-flavored syrup, additionally cherry flavoring FHI-27408-ZR 2.0 µl (composition: propylene glycol (E1520), flavoring concentrate).
Viscous brown liquid with a characteristic cherry scent (cherry-flavored syrup).

Вспомогательные вещества: сахароза 7 г, лимонная кислота безводная 100 мг, глицерол 2 мг, метилпарагидроксибензоат 10 мг, пропилпарагидроксибензоат 2 мг, пропиленгликоль 0,01 мл, мяты перечной листьев масло 3,75 мкл, гвоздики душистой бутонов масло 1,25 мкл, вода очищенная до 10 мл.
В сиропе с ароматом вишни дополнительно ароматизатор вишневый FHI-27408-ZR. 2,0 мкл (состав: пропиленгликоль (Е1520), вкусоароматический концентрат).
Вязкая жидкость коричневого цвета с характерным запахом вишни (сироп с ароматом вишни).
Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; age under 6 months; pregnancy and breastfeeding; sucrose/isomaltase deficiency; fructose intolerance; glucose-galactose malabsorption.
With caution:
Diabetes mellitus.
The syrup contains sucrose, which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as individuals on a hypocaloric diet. One single dose (10 ml) contains approximately 7 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.58 XE.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, детский возраст до 6 месяцев, беременность и период грудного вскармливания, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция.
С осторожностью
Сахарный диабет.
Сироп содержит сахарозу, что необходимо учитывать пациентам, страдающим сахарным диабетом, а также лицам, находящимся на гипокалорийной диете. В одной разовой дозе (10 мл) содержится около 7 г сахарозы, что соответствует 0,58 ХЕ.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions may occur.
No cases of overdose have been reported.
Simultaneous use with antitussive medications, as well as with drugs that reduce mucus production, is not recommended.
