Indications

To prevent thromboembolic complications during cavity and local surgeries, childbirth, and cesarean sections, when prolonged bed rest is necessary (in cases of injuries, after cerebrovascular accidents, after heart attacks, in neurological practice).

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Anti-embolic stockings should be worn while lying on your back on clean, dry skin: on the day of the operation in the morning (without getting out of bed), and during natural childbirth - at the onset of the first contractions.
First, turn the garment inside out, then gather it in an accordion from the top to the toe and gently pull it onto the leg, after which it should be evenly distributed along the entire length to avoid wrinkles.
To facilitate putting on the garment, you can use a special device - a Butler or a Glider, as well as rubber or medical gloves.
Attention: to avoid damaging the garments, be sure to remove rings and other jewelry before putting them on, and also take good care of your feet and carefully trim your nails.

Contraindications

Chronic obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities (endarteritis, atherosclerosis of the vessels, Raynaud's syndrome), severe forms of diabetic angiopathy and polyneuropathy, trophic ulcers of non-venous origin, septic phlebitis, decompensated heart-lung failure, acute infections of soft tissues, as well as individual intolerance to the materials included in the product.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMPRESSION PRODUCTS:
Hand wash using liquid detergents or baby laundry powders at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, hand wring (in a towel) without twisting, and dry at a temperature of 20±5 °C on a horizontal surface in the shade away from heating devices until operational condition is achieved.
For disinfection (if necessary) at home: soak in a solution of hydrogen peroxide (3%) at 50 °C for 80 to 180 minutes, followed by rinsing in running water.
For medical institutions: disinfection (if necessary) by chemical method using disinfectants with cleaning action and/or based on hydrogen peroxide.
Before washing/disinfection, the product should be turned inside out.

Note:
Not recommended:

• hanging the product while drying to avoid loss of its shape and compression properties,

• wetting the silicone rubber on the stockings; it should be wiped with alcohol wipes or a cloth moistened with an alcohol solution.
Do not use: alkaline soap, bleaches, stain removers, solvents, and regular laundry powders.
It is prohibited: to boil the product, wash and wring it in a washing machine, dry it in a dryer, as well as on a heater or radiator, and iron it with an iron.
