Indications
Slow-healing wounds, burns (thermal, chemical, radiation), bullous dermatitis. Methyluracil may be used for preventive purposes to prevent skin reactions during radiation therapy of tumors with low radiosensitivity, to reduce radioepithelitis, and to prevent late adhesions of the walls (occlusions) of the vagina - in the case of radiation therapy for genital tumors.

Вялозаживающие раны, ожоги (термические, химические, лучевые), буллезные дерматиты. Метилурацил может использоваться с профилактической целью для предупреждения реакций кожи при облучении новообразований с невысокой радиочувствительностью, уменьшения радиоэпителиита и поздних сращений стенок (окклюзий) влагалища - в случае лучевой терапии новообразований гениталий.
How to use
Topical. Locally.
The ointment is applied to the affected areas in a thin layer in an amount of 5-20 g daily for 15-30 days. The ointment is used with loose tampons for the treatment of radioepithelitis and late radiation damage to the vagina.

Мазь наносят на поврежденные участки тонким слоем в количестве 5-20 г ежедневно в течение 15-30 дней. Мазь используется в рыхлых тампонах для лечения радиоэпителиита и поздних лучевых повреждений влагалища.
Composition
1 g of ointment contains:
active ingredient: dioksometiltetrahidropirimidin (methyluracil) - 100 mg;
excipients: petroleum jelly, lanolin, purified water.

действующее вещество: диоксометилтетрагидропиримидин (метилурацил) - 100 мг;
вспомогательные вещества: вазелин, ланолин, вода очищенная.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the drug; excessive granulation in the wound.
With caution
Pregnancy and lactation; children under 3 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use is possible only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
If the drug is necessary during lactation, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
Use in children under 3 years of age, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding is recommended to be conducted under medical supervision.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles, operate machinery, or perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions.

Беременность и период лактации; детский возраст до 3-х лет.
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Применение возможно только в том случае, когда ожидаемая польза применения для матери превышает потенциальный риск для плода.
При необходимости назначения препарата в период лактации грудное вскармливание следует прекратить.
Применение у детей до 3-х лет, при беременности и в период лактации рекомендуется проводить под контролем врача.
Влияние на способность к управлению транспортными средствами и работе с механизмами
Применение препарата не оказывает влияния на управление транспортными средствами, работу с механизмами и выполнение потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions in the form of itching, hyperemia, and brief burning sensation.
Cases of overdose with local and external use have not been reported.
The drug is compatible with external applications of antibacterial and antiseptic agents.
