How to use

Rectally: 500-1000 mg (1-2 suppositories) 3-4 times a day; for children aged 8-15 years - 500 mg (1 suppository) per day.
The treatment course lasts from 7 days to 4 months depending on the nature of the disease.

Composition

Composition per 1 suppository:
Active ingredient: Dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine (methyluracil) - 0.5 g
Excipients: solid fat (Witepsol (grades H 15, W 35), Supposir (grades NA 15, NAS 50)) - up to a total suppository weight of 2.3 g.

Suppositories of white or white with a yellowish or creamy tint, torpedo-shaped. The appearance of a white coating on the surface of the suppository is permissible. In a longitudinal section – homogeneous, without inclusions, the presence of an air core or funnel-shaped indentation is allowed.

Действующее вещество: Диоксометилтетрагидропиримидин (метилурацил) - 0,5 г
Вспомогательные вещества: жир твердый (витепсол (марки H 15, W 35), суппосир (марки NA 15, NAS 50)) – до получения суппозитория массой 2,3 г.

Суппозитории белого или белого с желтоватым или кремоватым оттенком цвета, торпедообразной формы. Допускается появление белого налета на поверхности суппозитория. На продольном разрезе – однородные, без вкраплений, допускается наличие воздушного стержня или воронкообразного углубления.

Pharmacology

Possesses anabolic activity. Exhibits hematopoietic, leukopoietic, immunostimulatory, and anti-inflammatory effects. By normalizing nucleic acid metabolism, it accelerates cellular regeneration processes in wounds, promoting tissue growth and granulation maturation, as well as epithelialization (including in rapidly proliferating cells of the gastrointestinal tract mucosa), stimulates erythropoiesis and leukopoiesis, and enhances cellular and humoral immune factors.

The drug is rapidly absorbed in the mucous membrane of the rectum and is detected in the systemic bloodstream within 30 minutes. The maximum concentration of the active substance in the blood plasma is observed 60-120 minutes after the administration of the suppository. It is excreted from the body through the kidneys and intestines.

Обладает анаболической активностью. Оказывает гемопоэтическое, лейкопоэтическое, иммуностимулирующее, противовоспалительное действие. Нормализуя нуклеиновый обмен, ускоряет процессы клеточной регенерации в ранах, ускоряя рост и грануляционное созревание ткани и эпителизацию (в т.ч. в быстропролиферирующих клетках слизистой оболочки желудочно-кишечного тракта), стимулирует эритро- и лейкопоэз, клеточные и гуморальные факторы иммунитета.

Препарат быстро абсорбируется в слизистой оболочке прямой кишки и обнаруживается в системном кровотоке через 30 минут. Максимальное содержание действующего вещества в плазме крови наблюдается спустя 60-120 минут после введения суппозитория. Выводится из организма через почки и кишечник.
