How to use

Recommendations for use:

• For children aged 1 to 3 years: 1 packet per day, previously dissolving the contents in 20-30 ml of boiled water at room temperature;

• For children over 3 years to 12 years: 2 packets per day;

• For adults and children over 12 years: 2 packets 2 times a day. Take during meals with food, drinking with liquid at room temperature; do not drink with hot liquid. Duration of intake: 4 weeks.

“NARINE Forte ARM” (powder) can be used to prepare the fermented milk drink “Narine” at home.

How to prepare the starter culture?
• Boil 100 ml of milk, cool to 39-41°C, remove the foam, and pour into pre-steamed glassware.
• Add the contents of one packet (200 mg), mix thoroughly, and close tightly.
• Maintain a constant temperature of 39-40°C (wrap in a towel, use a water bath, thermos, etc., and leave for 10-12 hours).
• Place the finished starter culture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
• Before use, stir the starter culture until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
• The prepared starter culture can be stored at a temperature not exceeding +8°C for no more than 7 days.

Preparation of the fermented milk product.

The fermented milk drink can be prepared in containers made of inert materials (glass, enamelware, stainless steel) or in a specialized device - a yogurt maker.

PREPARATION
Fermented milk product “NARINE” using a container (1-2 l.)
• Boil 1 l of milk for a few minutes and cool to 38-40°C.
• Dissolve two tablespoons of the previously prepared starter culture in the milk and mix well.
• Pour the mixture into a fermentation container (glass jar, enamelware, etc.), and maintain a constant temperature of 38-40°C (wrap in a towel, use a water bath, etc.).

Fermentation time is 10-12 hours. After this time, place the container with the product in the refrigerator. The product will be ready after cooling.

PREPARATION
Fermented milk drink “NARINE” using a yogurt maker
• Boil 1 l of milk for a few minutes and cool to 38-40°C.
• Dissolve the contents of one packet of “Narine Forte ARM” in 1 l of milk, cooled to 38-40°C, and mix well.
• Pour the mixture into the yogurt maker containers and leave it on for 10-12 hours.

After this time, remove the jars from the yogurt maker and place them in the refrigerator. The product will be ready after cooling.

Рекомендации по применению:

• детям с 1 года до 3 лет по 1 пакетику в день, предварительно растворив содержимое в 20-30 мл кипяченой воды комнатной температуры;

• детям старше 3 лет до 12 лет - по 2 пакетика в день;

• взрослым и детям старше 12 лет по 2 пакетика 2 раза в день.
Принимать во время еды с пищей, запивая жидкостью комнатной температуры, не допускается запивать горячей жидкостью.
Продолжительность приема: 4 недели.

«НАРИНЭ Форте АРМ» (порошок) можно использовать для приготовления кисломолочного напитка «Наринэ» в домашних условиях.

Как приготовить закваску?
• 100 мл молока прокипятить, остудить до 39-41 С, снять пенку и перелить в пропаренную кипятком стеклянную посуду.
• Добавить содержимое одного пакетика (200 мг), тщательно перемешать и плотно закрыть.
• Обеспечить постоянную температуру 39-40 С (окутать полотенцем, тепловая баня, термос и т.п. и оставить на 10-12 часов)
• Готовую закваску поместить в холодильник на 3-4 часа
• Перед использованием закваску перемешать до получения однородной массы.
• Полученную закваску допускается хранить при температуре не выше +8 С не более 7-и дней.

Приготовление кисломолочного продукта.

Допускается приготовить кисломолочный напиток как в емкости из инертных материалов (стекло, эмалированная посуда, посуда из нержавеющей стали), так и в специализированном устройстве - йогуртнице.

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
Кисломолочного продукта «НАРИНЭ» с использованием емкости (1-2 л.)
• 1 л. молока прокипятить несколько минут и охладить до 38-40 С.
• Две столовые ложки приготовленной ранее закваски растворить в молоке и хорошо перемешать.
• Разлить смесь в посуду для сквашивания (стеклянную банку, эмалированную посуду и др.), обеспечить постоянную температуру 38-40 С (окутать полотенцем, тепловая баня и т.д.).

Время выдержки 10-12 часов. По истечении этого времени посуду с продуктом поместить в холодильник. Продукт будет готов после охлаждения.

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
Кисломолочного напитка «НАРИНЭ» с использование йогуртницы
• 1 л. молока прокипятить несколько минут и охладить до 38-40 С.
• Содержимое одного пакетика «Наринэ Форте АРМ» растворить в 1 л молока, охлажденном до 38-40 С и хорошо перемешать.
• Разлить смесь в ёмкости йогуртницы и оставить её включенной на 10-12 часов.

По истечении этого времени баночки необходимо вынуть из йогуртницы и поставить в холодильник.
Продукт будет готов после охлаждения.

An important condition for preparing a quality product is adherence to temperature conditions and the sterility of utensils.

Exceeding the temperature and/or fermentation time may result in a product with unacceptable organoleptic properties (too sour, a product with high whey content, a product with an uneven consistency).
If desired, syrup, jam, fruits, etc., can be added to the finished product just before consumption.

Appearance and properties: powder ranging from white to cream color, with no taste or smell.

The content of viable probiotic microorganisms in 1 sachet weighing 200 mg is at least:
Lactobacillus sp. strain n.v. Er 317/402 (NARINE) 2x10⁸ CFU, which corresponds to an adequate level of consumption of probiotic lactic acid microorganisms.

"NARINE Forte ARM" is non-pathogenic and non-toxic.
The authentic strain is used.

Long-term studies have shown that the strain is a probiotic culture and differs significantly in cultural, morphological, and physiological properties from other cultures of acidophilic bacteria.
For over 50 years, "NARINE" has been used as an essential component in the treatment of many pathologies.
Clinical studies conducted in leading clinics in Russia have confirmed the high efficacy of the product.
