How to use
For external use.
Adults and children over 12 years old should apply the solution evenly to the affected areas of the skin twice a day, covering approximately 1 cm of healthy skin. The duration of treatment depends on the etiology of the disease and the localization of the infection, averaging 4 weeks.
When treating tinea versicolor, apply a sufficient amount of the solution to dry skin from the neck down, excluding the genital area. Repeat twice a day for 4 weeks.
If there is no improvement after treatment or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor.
Use the product only according to the method of application and in the doses specified in the instructions. If necessary, please consult a doctor before using the medication.

Взрослым и детям старше 12 лет, раствор равномерно наносят на пораженные участки кожи 2 раза в день, захватывая примерно 1 см поверхности здоровой кожи. Продолжительность лечения зависит от этиологии заболевания и локализации инфекции, в среднем - 4 недели.
При лечении отрубевидного лишая следует нанести достаточное количество раствора на сухую кожу от шеи вниз, исключая половые органы. Повторять дважды в день в течение 4 недель.
Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.
Применяйте препарат только согласно тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции. В случае необходимости, пожалуйста, проконсультируйтесь с врачом перед применением лекарственного препарата.

100 ml of solution contains:
Active ingredient: sertaconazole nitrate - 2.0 g
Excipients: propylene glycol - 102.0 g, triethanolamine - 0.1 g.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Adequate and controlled studies in pregnant women have not been conducted. Clinical data on the use of the drug in pregnant and breastfeeding women are limited. The risk to the fetus or child cannot be completely excluded. The question of the appropriateness of using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be decided individually after consulting a physician, if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus and child.
Do not use in ophthalmological practice. After applying the product, the use of acidic cleaning agents is not recommended (in an acidic environment, the proliferation of Candida yeast increases). There is no data on use in children.
In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse them with plenty of water. If clinical signs of infection persist after treatment is completed, a repeat microbiological examination should be conducted to confirm the diagnosis.
If side effects occur, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.

Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Адекватные и контролируемые исследования у беременных женщин не проводились. Клинические данные о применении препарата у беременных и кормящих женщин ограничены. Риск для плода или ребенка полностью не исключен. Вопрос о целесообразности применения препарата при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания должен решаться индивидуально после консультации врача, если потенциальная польза для матери превосходит возможный риск для плода и ребенка.
Не использовать в офтальмологической практике. После нанесения препарата не рекомендуется использование кислотных моющих средств (в кислой среде усиливается размножение дрожжевых грибов рода Candida). Данных о применении у детей нет.
При случайном попадании препарата в глаза необходимо промыть их большим количеством воды. Если клинические признаки инфекции сохраняются после завершения лечения, следует провести повторное микробиологическое исследование с целью подтверждения диагноза.
При появлении побочных эффектов следует прекратить применение препарата и обратиться к врачу.

Pharmacology
Sertaconazole is an antifungal agent, a derivative of imidazole. It has fungistatic and fungicidal properties. The mechanism of action of sertaconazole involves the inhibition of ergosterol synthesis and an increase in the permeability of the fungal cell membrane, leading to the lysis of the fungal cell. It is active against dermatophytes (Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton), yeast fungi of the genus Candida and Malassezia (formerly Pityrosporum). It exhibits antimicrobial activity against gram-positive (staphylococci, streptococci) bacteria.
Sertaconazole is poorly absorbed through the skin and has virtually no systemic effect.

Сертаконазол - противогрибковое средство, производное имидазола. Обладает фунгистатическим и фунгицидным действием. Механизм действия сертаконазола заключается в угнетении синтеза эргостерола и увеличении проницаемости клеточной мембраны гриба, что приводит к лизису клетки гриба. Активен в отношении дерматофитов (Trychophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton), дрожжевых грибов рода Candida и Malassezia (ранее Pityrosporum). Оказывает антимикробное действие в отношении грамположительных (стафилококки, стрептококки) бактерий.
Сертаконазол плохо всасывается через кожу и практически не оказывает системного действия.
