Массаж. Ароматизация воздуха.
How to use
Massage. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil or massage cream, apply to the skin, and then massage for several minutes until fully absorbed into the skin.
Air freshening. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 5-7 drops of essential oil for every 20 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp.

Массаж. Ароматическое масло (3-5 капель) смешать с 1-2 столовыми ложками любого растительного масла или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать в течение нескольких минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполняют горячей водой, капают 5-7 капель эфирного масла в расчете 20м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы помещают зажжённую свечу.
