How to use
Procedure for Use
7.1 Before using the pessary, ensure the integrity and tightness of its packaging. Then, remove the pessary from the packaging and check for any mechanical damage, tears, or contamination. If any of the above is found, it is not recommended to use the product.
7.2 Before the first and each subsequent use of the pessary, disinfect it using disinfectants, for example, a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with the addition of a 0.5% detergent solution such as "Lotus," or aldehyde-containing solutions like "Glutaral." Then rinse thoroughly with boiled water.
For repeated use, it is permissible to treat the pessary with warm boiled water (not exceeding 50 °C) without using detergents, provided it is stored in a disinfected state in any closed clean plastic or glass container.
7.3 Before insertion into the vagina, lubricate the pessary with a small amount of ointment approved for use in gynecological practice and recommended by the treating specialist.
7.4 Insert the pessary in a lithotomy position (semi-reclining or lying on the back with legs spread and raised).
7.5 Squeeze the pessary with your fingers and insert it as deeply as possible into the vagina while compressed. Position it in the required place. Gradually release your fingers. Secure the pessary in the vagina. The removal thread for the cubic and cubic perforated pessary should remain outside and easily accessible.
When inserting the Hodge pessary, position the cervix inside the ring of the pessary, directing the concave curve towards the anterior wall of the vagina, and the forward-directed distal fragment of the pessary towards the urethrovesical segment. Depending on the clinical situation, the pessary may be positioned differently.
When inserting the urethral and cup-urethral pessaries, position the thickening on the rim of the pessary in the area of the urethrovesical segment.
The cervical perforated, cup, and cup-perforated pessaries should be oriented with the concave surface towards the cervix, so that the cervix is located in the central opening, and the wide base of the pessary is directed towards the vaginal entrance.
To remove the cubic and cubic perforated pessary, pull on the thread, then grasp the product with your fingers, slightly compress it, and remove it from the vagina while compressed.
7.7 After use, disinfect the pessary using disinfectants, for example, a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with the addition of a 0.5% detergent solution such as "Lotus," or aldehyde-containing solutions like "Glutaral." Then rinse thoroughly with boiled water.
It is recommended to store the pessary in a disinfected state in any closed clean plastic or glass container until the next use.

Порядок работы
7.1 Перед началом эксплуатации пессария убедиться в целостности и герметичности его упаковки. Затем извлечь пессарий из упаковки и проверить его на наличие механических повреждений, разрывов, загрязнений. При обнаружении вышеизложенного использовать из-делие не рекомендуется.
7.2. Перед первичным и каждым повторным применением пессария произвести его обработку дезинфицирующими средствами, например, 3-% раствором перекиси водорода с добавлением 0,5-% раствора моющего средства типа «Лотос», или альдегидсодержащими растворами типа "Глутарал". Затем тщательно промыть кипяченой водой.
Допустимо при повторном применении обрабатывать пессарий теплой кипяченой во-дой (не более 50 °С) без использования моющих средств при условии его хранения в про-дезинфицированном виде в любой закрытой чистой пластиковой или стеклянной таре.
7.3. Перед установкой во влагалище пессарий смазать небольшим количеством мази, разрешенной к применению в гинекологической практике и рекомендованной лечащим врачом-специалистом.
7.4. Вводить пессарий в литотомическом положении (полулежа или лежа на спине с раздвинутыми и приподнятыми ногами).
7.5. Сжать пессарий пальцами и в сжатом виде ввести как можно глубже во влагалище. Установить в необходимом месте. Постепенно отпустить пальцы. Зафиксировать пессарий во влагалище.
Конец нити для удаления пессария кубического и кубического перфорированного должен оставаться снаружи в свободном доступе.
При установке пессария Ходжа расположить шейку матки внутри кольца пессария, во-гнутый изгиб направить к передней стенке влагалища, а направленный вперед дистальный фрагмент пессария - в область уретровезикального сегмента. В зависимости от клиниче-ской ситуации возможно иное расположение пессария.
При установке пессария уретрального и чашечно-уретрального расположить утолще-ние на ободе пессария в области уретровезикального сегмента.
Пессарий цервикальный перфорированный, чашечный и чашечно-перфорированный развернуть вогнутой поверхностью к шейке матки, чтобы шейка матки располагалась в центральном отверстии, а широкое основание пессария было обращено ко входу во влагалище.
Для извлечения пессария кубического и кубического перфорированного необходимо потянуть за нить, затем захватить изделие пальцами, слегка сжать и в сжатом состоянии извлечь из влагалища.
7.7. По окончании работы произвести обработку пессария дезинфицирующими сред-ствами, например, 3-% раствором перекиси водорода с добавлением 0,5-% раствора мою-щего средства типа «Лотос», или альдегидсодержащими растворами типа "Глутарал". За-тем тщательно промыть кипяченой водой.
Рекомендуется до следующего применения осуществлять хранение пессария в продез-инфицированном виде в любой закрытой чистой пластиковой или стеклянной таре.

“Supportive silicone pessaries according to TU 32.50.50-001-54183971-2020” (hereinafter - pessaries) are intended for vaginal insertion to prevent the descent and prolapse of pelvic organs.
Field of application - specialized medical institutions in obstetrics, gynecology, urology; as well as in home settings.
Type and duration of contact with the human body
Pessaries are invasive products with short-term contact with human mucous membranes.
The cubic perforated silicone pessary from Simurg is a highly effective gynecological product for the conservative treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and related conditions.
Available in sizes: 25, 29, 32, 37, 41, 45 mm.
The required size of the pessary should be selected by a gynecologist.
Cubic pessaries should be used when other types of pessaries are ineffective. Nevertheless, this model is easy to use.
It has been repeatedly proven that treatment with a pessary is more effective and gentle than surgical intervention.
Description;
The pessary has a cube shape with concave sides. The sides have openings for the drainage of vaginal discharge. For ease of removal, cubic pessaries are equipped with a thread. Pessaries are made of elastic silicone.
The pessary is inserted into the vagina and provides additional support for the pelvic organs. This restores the topographic-anatomical relationships between the pelvic organs and eliminates/reduces the manifestations of prolapse.
Used for conservative (non-surgical) correction of genital prolapse.
Disinfection of pessaries should be performed before the initial use and after each removal by treating with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution according to GOST 177 with the addition of a 0.5% solution of a detergent such as “Lotus” GOST 25644, or aldehyde-containing solutions according to GOST R 58151.1-2018.
Pessaries are not subject to sterilization.
