Повышенная нервная возбудимость, бессонница, раздражительность
How to use
For oral use, taken with water, regardless of meals.
Adults and children over 12 years:
for increased nervous excitability, irritability - 2-3 coated tablets, 2-3 times a day;
for insomnia - 2-3 coated tablets, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
The maximum daily dose is 12 tablets per day.
There is no withdrawal syndrome upon discontinuation of treatment.
The medication should not be used continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.

Внутрь, запивая водой, независимо от приема пищи.
Взрослые и дети старше 12 лет:
при повышенной нервной возбудимости, раздражительности - по 2-3 таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, 2-3 раза в день;
при бессоннице - по 2-3 таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, за 30 минут - 1 час перед сном.
Максимальная дневная доза составляет 12 таблеток в день.
При прекращении лечения синдрома отмены не возникает.
Не следует применять препарат непрерывно более 1,5-2 месяцев.

Contraindications & warnings
• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
• lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
• sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance;
• arterial hypotension;
• cholangitis, cholelithiasis, and other diseases of the biliary tract;
• pregnancy;
• breastfeeding period;
• pediatric age under 12 years.
With caution
In patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been studied. The prescription of Persen during pregnancy (especially during the first trimester) and breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant.
In patients with GERD, a worsening of symptoms may occur.
If symptoms persist or the condition worsens while using the medication, the treating physician should be informed.
The medication should not be used continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
During treatment with the medication, caution should be exercised when performing potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, operating moving machinery, working as a dispatcher, operator).

У пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью (ГЭРБ).
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Применение препарата при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания не изучено. Назначение препарата Персен в период беременности (особенно в течение первого триместра) и грудного вскармливания возможно в случае, если предполагаемая польза для матери превышает потенциальный риск для плода или младенца.
У пациентов с ГЭРБ возможно ухудшение симптомов.
При сохранении симптомов заболевания или ухудшении состояния на фоне применения препарата, следует сообщить об этом лечащему врачу.
Не следует применять препарат непрерывно более 1,5-2 месяцев.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами
В период лечения препаратом следует соблюдать осторожность при выполнении потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера, оператора).
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Possible allergic reactions (hyperemia, skin rash, peripheral edema, allergic dermatitis), bronchospasm, and with prolonged use - constipation.
If any of the listed side effects worsen, or you notice any other side effects not mentioned in the instructions, inform your doctor.
A single intake of 20 g of valerian root rhizomes (approximately 104 coated tablets, Persen) may cause feelings of fatigue, stomach cramps, a sensation of tightness in the chest, dizziness, hand tremors, and pupil dilation, which may resolve on their own within 24 hours.
In case of overdose symptoms, it is advisable to perform gastric lavage and consult a physician.
The drug enhances the effects of sedatives and other medications that depress the central nervous system, antihypertensive drugs (in particular, centrally acting ones), and analgesics, which necessitates dose adjustment.

Возможны аллергические реакции (гиперемия, кожная сыпь, периферические отеки, аллергический дерматит), бронхоспазм, при длительном применении -запор.
Если любые из указанных побочных эффектов усугубляются, или Вы заметили любые другие побочные эффекты, не указанные в инструкции, сообщите об этом врачу.
Однократный прием 20 г корневищ с корнями валерианы (примерно 104 таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, Персен) может вызвать ощущение усталости, спазмы в желудке, ощущение сжатия в груди, головокружение, дрожание рук, расширение зрачков, которые могут исчезнуть самостоятельно в течение 24 часов.
При признаках передозировки целесообразно провести промывание желудка и обратиться к врачу.
Препарат усиливает действие снотворных средств и других лекарственных препаратов, угнетающих центральную нервную систему, гипотензивных препаратов (в частности, центрального действия), обезболивающих средств, что требует коррекции доз.
