The medication is used in adults as recommended by a physician. Capsules are taken orally during meals, swallowed whole, and washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

In cases of chronic hepatitis of non-viral etiology, fatty liver degeneration of various origins, and liver cirrhosis, take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. The treatment course lasts at least 3 months (depending on the severity of the condition). At the physician's recommendation, an extension of the treatment duration or a repeat course may be possible.

For psoriasis as an adjunct therapy, the medication is taken at a dose of 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, with a treatment course lasting from 14 to 40 days.

The duration of the medication intake is determined by the physician.

In cases of impaired liver function and lipid metabolism disorders, take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day. The treatment course is as recommended by the physician.

For preventive purposes in cases of chronic intoxication (including prolonged use of medications, alcohol, working in harmful industries), the medication may be used at a dose of 1 capsule 2-3 times a day for a duration of 1-3 months.

Active ingredients: Lipoid S 100 - 200 mg (calculated as phosphatidylcholine 188 mg); milk thistle fruit extract - 70 mg (including total flavolignans calculated as silibinin 50 mg).
Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 32 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide 80 mg, magnesium stearate 4 mg, povidone K-90 F 4 mg, trehalose dihydrate 10 mg.

body: gelatin 56.3904 mg, titanium dioxide 1.1520 mg, sunset yellow dye 0.0576 mg;
cap: gelatin 37.5936 mg, titanium dioxide 0.7680 mg, sunset yellow dye 0.0384 mg.

Hard gelatin capsules No. 0, with an orange body and cap. The contents of the capsules are a loose mass of yellowish-brown color with a characteristic odor (individual agglomerates may cohere into a dense mass upon slight compression). The presence of single dark-colored specks and colorless crystals is permissible.

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; age under 18 years; pregnancy; breastfeeding period.

With caution
Prescribed to patients with hormonal disorders (endometriosis, uterine fibroids, breast, ovarian and uterine carcinoma, prostate carcinoma) due to the possible manifestation of estrogen-like effects of silymarin.

To date, there have been no reported cases of overdose.
Treatment in case of accidental ingestion of a high dose: induce vomiting, perform gastric lavage, take activated charcoal, and provide symptomatic therapy if necessary.

Since silymarin has an inhibitory effect on the cytochrome P450 system, it may increase the plasma concentration of the following medications: diazepam, alprazolam, ketoconazole, lovastatin, vinblastine.
