How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 - 2.0 g) of crushed plant material with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes; strain the infusion.
Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) once a day during meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
