How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon without a heap (1.5 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
Adults should take 1/2 cup of the infusion 2 times a day with meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake is 2-3 weeks.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated 3-4 times a year.

Pharmacology
OAK BARK / ERKAPHARM - Pieces of bark in various shapes, light brown or yellowish-brown in color, with a weak odor.
Due to the active substances contained (tannins, gallotannins, catechins, quercetin, pectins), oak bark has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent, and regenerating effects. The decoction is used in combination therapy for inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and gums; in the form of lotions or compresses - to reduce inflammatory processes on the skin.

За счет входящих в состав активных веществ (дубильные вещества, галлотанины, катехины, кверцитин, пектины) кора дуба оказывает противовоспалительное, противомикробное, вяжущее, регенерирующее действия.
