Description
Updated peptide complex PRO for the central nervous system and meteorological dependence
To support the body's functions at any age, a generation of peptide bioregulators for external use was developed in collaboration with the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology.
The new product combines two approaches to influence the central nervous system and cardiovascular system. It contains natural peptides from blood vessels, the brain, and cardiac muscle.
Peptide complexes (PC) are easy to use: they are applied to the inner surface of the forearm in the projection of the veins and rubbed in until fully absorbed. After 7-15 minutes, the peptides bind to dendritic cells, which transport them to the lymph nodes, where the peptides undergo "transplantation" and are sent through the bloodstream to the necessary organs and tissues.

How peptides work when applied to the skin
Human skin pores range in size from 91 to 267 nm depending on skin type and body composition. Di-, tri-, and tetrapeptide molecules are less than 20 nm in size (as demonstrated, among other things, by the neuroprotective peptide Pinealon). The size of peptide molecules is significantly smaller than the size of skin pores, allowing peptides to penetrate the skin.
For topical peptides, the "500 Dalton rule" applies: molecules with a molecular weight of less than 500 Da can penetrate through the outer layer of the skin. The molecular weight of di- and tripeptides averages between 200 and 450 Da, which complies with this rule.
Peptide molecules are polar charged. This allows them to penetrate deeper layers of the skin, especially when using carriers such as polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential oils. This is why the PRO series peptide complexes contain essential oils. A peptide applied to the skin can penetrate through the dermis into the blood vessels and exert a systemic effect on various organs and tissues.
The molecular weight of the peptide EDR is 418.40 Da, with sizes less than 20 nm.

Instructions for use
Apply a small amount (6-8 drops) to the inner surface of the forearm and rub in until fully absorbed. Duration of the course – 3 months.
Simultaneous use of up to 6 peptide complexes is possible.

Обновленный пептидный комплекс PRO для центральной нервной системы и от метеозависимости
Для поддержки работы организма в любом возрасте, совместно с Санкт-Петербургским институтом биорегуляции и геронтологии была создана генерация пептидных биорегуляторов для наружного применения.
Новинка объединила в себе сразу два подхода воздействия на центральную нервную систему и сердечно-сосудистую систему. Содержит натуральные пептиды – сосудов, головного мозга, сердечной мышцы.
Пептидные комплексы (ПК) просты в применении: они наносятся на внутреннюю поверхность предплечья в проекции хода вен и растираются до полного впитывания. Через 7-15 минут происходит связывание пептидов с дендритными клетками, которые осуществляют их дальнейший транспорт до лимфоузлов, где пептиды делают «пересадку» и отправляются с током крови к нужным органам и тканям.

Как пептиды работают при нанесении на кожу
Поры кожи человека имеют размер от 91 до 267 нм в зависимости от типа кожи и телосложения. Молекулы ди-, три- и тетрапептидов имеют размеры менее 20 нм (что показано, в том числе, на примере нейропротекторного пептида Пинеалон). Размер молекул пептидов значительно меньше размеров кожных пор, благодаря чему пептиды способны проникать через кожу.
Для накожных пептидов справедливо «правило 500 дальтон»: через поверхностный слой кожи способны проникать молекулы с молекулярной массой менее 500 Да. Молекулярная масса ди- и трипептидов составляет в среднем от 200 до 450 Да, что соответствует данному правилу.
Молекулы пептидов являются полярно заряженными. Благодаря этому они способны проникать в более глубокие слои кожи, особенно при использовании носителей — полиненасыщенных жирных кислот и эфирных масел. Именно поэтому пептидные комплексы серии PRO содержат эфирные масла. Пептид, нанесённый на кожу, может проникать через дерму в кровеносные сосуды и оказать системное действие на различные органы и ткани.
