How to use

Pull out 30-40 cm of the thread from the cassette.
Wrap a 5 cm segment of the thread around your middle fingers.
The gap of thread between the middle fingers should be about 10 cm.
Gently guide the thread between the teeth up to the gum line.
Twist the thread to cover the largest surface area of the tooth.
Carefully move the thread up and down.
Use a new section of dental floss for each tooth.

Оберните отрезок нити длиной 5 сантиметров вокруг средних пальцев.
Промежуток нити между средними пальцами должен быть длиной около 10 см.
Осторожно проведите нить между зубами до линии десен.
Поверните нить так, чтобы охватить наибольшую поверхность зуба.
Аккуратно перемещайте нить вверх и вниз.
