Wearing regimen:
To prevent swelling, it is recommended to wear compression knitwear throughout the day, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
If you remove the garment during the day, it is recommended to put it back on after a 10-15 minute rest of the legs in an elevated position.

Method of Use and Dosage

It is recommended to put on compression knitwear in the morning before swelling appears.
Before you start putting on the product, make sure your hands are prepared: no rings on your fingers, neatly trimmed nails, no hangnails.
1. Gather the product to the heel. Gently pull it onto the foot. Check the correct placement of the heel.
2. Gradually put on the knitwear with smoothing movements.
3. Carefully remove any wrinkles if necessary.
Pull the product up to the waist.
