How to use
About 20 g (2 tablespoons) of bark is placed in an enamel container, poured over with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then strained without cooling, and the remaining raw material is squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Used locally for gargling the oral cavity and throat, 1/2-1 cup of warm decoction 6-8 times a day.
Before use, the decoction is shaken.

Около 20 г (2 столовые ложки) коры помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане 30 мин, процеживают без охлаждения, оставшееся сырье отжимают.
Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Применяют местно для полосканий полости рта и глотки по 1/2-1 стакану теплого отвара 6-8 раз в день.
Перед употреблением отвар взбалтывают.

Pieces of bark of various shapes, light brown, light gray, silver, or yellowish-brown in color. The smell is weak, peculiar, and intensifies when the bark is moistened with water. The taste of the aqueous extract is strongly astringent.

Crushed Oak Bark 50 g is a medicinal product. The decoction of oak bark has astringent and anti-inflammatory effects due to the presence of tannins. It is used in the following cases: inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx; gingivitis, stomatitis, burns; bleeding gums. It is used for rinsing the oral cavity and pharynx with 1/2-1 cup of warm decoction 6-8 times a day. The taste of the aqueous extract is very astringent. The prepared decoction should be stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
