How to use
About 20 g (3 tablespoons) of oak bark is placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, strained without cooling, and the remaining raw material is squeezed.
The volume of the resulting decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
For local use for rinsing the oral cavity and throat, apply 1/2-1 cup of warm decoction 6-8 times a day.
The treatment course is 1 week.
Before use, it is recommended to shake the decoction.
If no improvement occurs after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
Use the product only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Около 20 г (3 столовые ложки) коры дуба помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой, нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 30 минут, процеживают, не охлаждая, оставшееся сырье отжимают.
Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Местно для полосканий полости рта и глотки применяют по 1/2-1 стакану теплого отвара 6-8 раз в день.
Курс лечения 1 неделя.
Перед применением отвар рекомендуется взбалтывать.
Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.

Common oak (Quercus robur) and rock oak (Quercus petraea) bark.
Pieces of bark of various shapes. Color light brown, light gray, silver, yellowish-brown, or brown. The smell is weak, peculiar, intensifying when the bark is moistened with water. The taste of the aqueous extract is strongly astringent.

Increased sensitivity to the drug; age under 3 years.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child. Consultation with a doctor is necessary.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery.
The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving machinery).

Description
Oak bark is a medicinal product. The bark contains tannins, gallic and ellagic acids, quercetin, and other biologically active substances. An oak bark decoction has astringent and anti-inflammatory effects. It is used topically for inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, throat, and pharynx (stomatitis, gingivitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis). For rinsing the oral cavity and throat, use 1/2 to 1 cup of warm decoction 6-8 times a day. The treatment course is 1 week. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use. The prepared decoction should be stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Ground bark is packaged in 75 g.
