Indications

As an expectorant in the complex therapy of respiratory diseases with difficult-to-separate sputum (including mild forms of bronchial asthma).
Eczema, allergic dermatitis, Addison's disease (diencephalic-pituitary forms, both alone and in combination with adrenocorticotropic hormone), asthenic conditions and hypotonic syndrome, adrenal cortex hypofunction against the background of prolonged glucocorticoid therapy, including prevention of "withdrawal" syndrome during the cessation of glucocorticoid treatment or reduction of their dosage (as part of complex therapy).

В качестве отхаркивающего средства в составе комплексной терапии при заболеваниях дыхательных путей с трудно отделяемой мокротой (в том числе при легких формах бронхиальной астмы).
Экзема, аллергический дерматит, болезнь Аддисона (диэнцефально-гипофизарные формы, как самостоятельно, так и в сочетании с адренокортикотропным гормоном), астенические состояния и гипотонический синдром, гипофункция коры надпочечников на фоне длительной терапии глюкокортикостероидами, в том числе профилактика синдрома «отмены» в период прекращения лечения глюкокортикостероидами или снижения их дозировки (в составе комплексной терапии).

How to use

Orally, 30 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after meals. Adults and children over 10 years old - 1-2 tablets 2 times a day. In more severe cases, the single dose of the medication is 2 tablets 3-6 times a day. Duration of treatment - from 2 weeks to 6 months. The possibility of repeated courses, dosage of the medication, and duration of treatment are determined by the physician.

Внутрь, за 30 минут до еды или через 30 минут после еды. Взрослым и детям старше 10 лет - по 1-2 таблетки 2 раза в день. В более тяжелых случаях разовая доза препарата составляет 2 таблетки 3-6 раз в день. Длительность лечения - от 2 недель до 6 месяцев. Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; severe organic lesions of the heart and parenchymal organs; pregnancy; breastfeeding period; age under 10 years.

Patients on a sodium-restricted diet should note that each tablet contains 0.039 g of sodium, and the maximum daily dose of the medication (12 tablets) contains 0.47 g of sodium.
Prolonged use in high doses may lead to water retention in the body.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, тяжелые органические поражения сердца и паренхиматозных органов, беременность, период грудного вскармливания, возраст до 10 лет.

Пациентам, находящимся на диете с ограничением поступления натрия необходимо учитывать, что в 1 таблетке препарата содержится 0,039 г натрия, в максимальной суточной дозе препарата (12 таблеток) - 0,47 г натрия.
При длительном применении в высоких дозах возможна задержка выведения воды из организма.
