Recommendations for Use
It is advisable to put on compression garments in the morning, immediately after hygiene procedures. We recommend removing jewelry from your hands before putting on the compression garments. It is preferable to use rubber gloves. Most often, the garments tear or wear out in the area of the foot and toes. This can be caused by defects in footwear, calluses on the feet, rough skin on the heels, long nails on the toes - pay attention to the condition of your shoes and feet. We do not recommend pulling or cutting the technological threads on the inside of the garment, as well as threads and loops that may form from careless wear.
1. Put on rubber gloves.
2. Gather the upper part of the garment into an accordion or turn it inside out down to the heel.
3. Place your thumbs inside the garment, stretch it, and put the garment on your foot.
4. Pay attention to the correct position of the heel of the garment.
5. Evenly, without twisting, as if rolling and pulling with the pads of your fingers upwards, smooth the garment to the desired level.
6. If the garment is excessively stretched upwards, it should be removed to the ankle joint and then smoothed to the desired level without stretching.
7. Smooth the garment evenly on the leg.
