It is advisable to put on compression garments in the morning, immediately after hygiene procedures.
We recommend removing jewelry from your hands before putting on compression garments. It is preferable to use rubber gloves.
Most often, garments tear or wear out in the area of the foot and toes. This can be caused by defects in footwear, calluses on the feet, rough skin on the heels, long nails on the toes - pay attention to the condition of your shoes and feet.
We do not recommend pulling or cutting the technological threads on the inside of the garment, as well as threads and loops that may form from careless wear.
1. Put on rubber gloves.
2. Gather the upper part of the garment into an accordion or turn it inside out down to the heel.
3. Place your thumbs inside the garment, stretch it, and put the garment on your foot.
4. Pay attention to the correct positioning of the heel of the garment.
5. Evenly, without twisting, as if rolling and pulling with the pads of your fingers upwards, smooth the garment to the desired level.
6. If the garment is excessively stretched upwards, it should be removed to the ankle joint and then smoothed to the desired level without stretching.
7. Smooth the garment evenly on the leg.

The use of the product is not recommended during nighttime sleep, for individuals with severe arterial blood circulation disorders, those who have recently undergone thrombosis, in cases of peripheral artery occlusion, and in the presence of eczema.

Care Recommendations
Hand wash with a mild detergent.
Do not use: alkaline soap, bleaches, stain removers, solvents, and regular laundry powders.
Prohibited: boiling the product, washing and spinning in a washing machine, drying in a dryer, as well as on a heater or radiator, and ironing with an iron.

Class 2 compression with distributed pressure of 23-32 mmHg is designed for continuous use by those who:
• experience pain in the calves and feet after static load (in a standing or sitting position)
• have enlarged veins longer than 5 cm
• have multiple enlarged veins
• have varicose nodes
• experience nocturnal cramping pain in the calf muscles
• have swelling in the area of the foot or ankles (as a manifestation of chronic venous insufficiency or after injury)
• have undergone surgical intervention on the leg veins (including sclerotherapy)

Class 3 compression with distributed pressure of 34-46 mmHg is used only by prescription from a phlebologist. Compression hosiery of this class is prescribed for:
• post-thrombotic syndrome
• swelling and pronounced trophic manifestations
• deep vein thrombosis
• lymphovenous insufficiency
• for compression treatment after surgical interventions on the leg veins.
