— compensated primary open-angle glaucoma;

How to use

The drug is administered parabulbarly or intramuscularly at a dose of 5-10 mg once a day for 5-10 days. If necessary, a repeat course may be conducted after 3-6 months.
Preparation rules for the solution
Dissolve the contents of the vial in 1-2 ml of 0.5% procaine (novocaine) solution, water for injection, or 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

Pharmacology

Tissue regeneration stimulator, peptide bioregulator.
Exerts a stimulating effect on photoreceptors and cellular elements of the retina, improves functional interaction between the retinal pigment epithelium and the outer segments of photoreceptors in dystrophic changes, accelerates the recovery of light sensitivity of the retina.
Normalizes vascular permeability, stimulates reparative processes in diseases and injuries of the retina.

The complex composition of Retinalamin, consisting of biologically active peptides that contain a complex of amino acids and possess a total multifunctional effect, does not allow for a standard pharmacokinetic analysis of individual components.
