How to use

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush.
Hold the brush horizontally at a 45-degree angle to the gum.
Clean the row of teeth in circular motions along the gum line and the chewing surface.
It is recommended to brush for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse the mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
Use twice a day.

How to care for oral hygiene?
Teeth should be brushed twice a day: in the morning and evening after meals for 2-3 minutes. This routine helps eliminate food residues from between the teeth, prevents the accumulation of soft deposits on the teeth, and further calcification.

Start brushing with the lateral (chewing) group from right to left on the lower jaw, and then from left to right on the upper jaw, sequentially capturing 2-3 teeth and moving the toothbrush towards the front teeth. To completely remove dental plaque from each surface of the tooth, at least 10 paired movements of the toothbrush should be made.

Clean the outer surfaces with vertical sweeping motions from the edge of the gum to the edge of the tooth, simultaneously massaging the soft tissues, which helps improve blood circulation and strengthens them.

Нанесите небольшое количество зубной пасты на зубную щетку.
Держите щетку в горизонтальном положении под углом 45 градусов к десне.
Круговыми движениями очищайте зубной ряд, вдоль линии десневой борозды, и жевательную поверхность.
Рекомендуется чистить зубы в течении 2-3 минут.
Полость рта ополоснуть небольшим количеством воды, задерживая ее на 20-30 секунд.
Использовать дважды в день.

Как ухаживать за полостью рта?
Чистить зубы необходимо дважды в день: утром и вечером после приема пищи в течение 2-3 минут. Данная схема позволяет устранить остатки пищи из межзубных промежутков, предотвращает оседание мягких отложений на зубах и дальнейшее их обызвествление.

Чистку зубов начинают с боковой (жевательной) группы в направлении справа налево на нижней челюсти, а затем слева направо на верхней челюсти, последовательно захватывая по 2-3 зуба и перемещая зубную щетку в сторону передних зубов. Для полного удаления зубного налета с каждой поверхности зуба необходимо сделать не менее 10 парных движений зубной щеткой.

Очищение наружных поверхностей производят вертикальными выметающими движениями в направлении от края десны к краю зуба, одновременно осуществляя массаж мягких тканей, что способствует улучшению кровообращения и укрепляет их.
